MY HANDS ARE IN FISTS, MY jaw is clenched. My feet are walking across the green grass. I have my eyes on my target. Kol Williams.

Kol Williams was a player. He dated every girl for the same thing. And the fact he had the audacity to ask out my Hazel. I was furious.

I've been in love with Hazel since the first time I laid my eyes on her. Despite her having oily hair and being very shy back then, I was in love.

But I knew Hazel didn't have feelings for me. She probably had all the boys back then at her old school, wherever that was.

Hazel had no idea the type of guy Kol was. Yes, she denied his request to date. Did it matter anyway if she said yes or no? Kol asked out My Hazel! Mine! Hazel!

"Oh! Hey Noah!" Kol saw me as he tried to say hi to me. I punched his dumb face, watching blood leave his mouth. Damn, that hurt.

I have never really punched people before. My walls? Yes. But people? Never. And despite it hurting, I loved it.

"What the hell was that for?!" He shouted, wiping off the blood that was on his lips.

"You asked out Hazel" I told him before sending him another punch.

"What you jealous or something?" He asked.

I punched him again. Kol then fought back, sending me a punch in which I blocked.

I heard the other boys cheering on Kol and some cheering on me. I also heard the female teacher running into the field to tell us to stop.

I didn't stop.

I wanted Kol to beg me for mercy. I wanted him to know that he was in the wrong. I wanted him to promise me that he would never even look in Hazel's direction.

"Boys! Stop this! Detention! Now!" She shouted at us as I turned to her.

We both were now walking with the teacher to detention. She already called both of our parents. Mine were here first.

Hazel was with them. She gets out of school first since she doesn't do a sport. Although, she has mentioned taking an extra class after school.

"Get in the car" My mother said sternly. Hazel sent me a look of sympathy. I didn't want her pity. I wanted her to look at me like she did yesterday when I was shirtless. I would do anything for her to look at me like that again.
