Alexandra didn't know what came over her but the moment she woke up from her sleep , Jaden invaded her thoughts. she laid there in the bed , surrounding by her pillows and blankets as she thought back to the events of last night.

just the thought of him talking to her made her smile like a complete idiot. the natural light was shining through the windows , letting in rays of sunshine. the girl rubbed the sleep out of her eyes and sat up , smiling as she did so. "stop smiling" she told herself.

the girl pulled the blanket over her legs and slipped her slippers on. she hissed at the cold air that immediately engulfed her legs. she hastily walked over to her windows and opened it , immediately spotting her parents having fun outside, playing golf.

Alex looked at the time and scoffed.

9:15 am.

they were way to up early just to play golf.

the girl walked to her bathroom , took out her retainer and went to use the bathroom. she finished and went over to wash her face with the lukewarm water.

they had a very good time last night at the Waltons. her parents couldn't stop talking about what 'great americans' they were and how respectful they were.

Niccolo had attempted to ask his daughter about Jaden but Arabella just brushed it off , sending her daughter a wink in return. Alex had just sighed. she knew she couldn't outlive it anymore.

the girl put her hair in a low bun and then changed into some sweats and a very familiar hoodie. it was the one Jaden gave her last night.

it smelled like him. she held onto it. she didn't even want to return it.

Alexandra walked downstairs where she smelt food and heard voices of the cleaners and cooks talking. her stomach rumbled and she made a beeline for the kitchen, where she found Rosa and William - another chef - standing in the kitchen.

"good morning" the girl said as she entered the kitchen. William looked up briefly , most of his attention on the food he was cooking. "there's our princess" William spoke and the girl smiled , putting her hands on his shoulders and attempted to see what he was doing.

"morning" Rosa said and the girl turned around and placed a kiss on Rosa's cheeks. she then turned back to William.

"where were you yesterday? we missed you" Alex said as she walked to the fridge. she scanned the fridge for some fruit.

"at home. i needed to be there for Gracie's play date at the school" he said and Alex smiled , thinking of William's six year old daughter. she was such a ray of sunshine.

"you're such a good father , William" the girl said and he smiled proudly , thanking her in the meantime.

Rosa turned around and placed a heap of pancakes on a plate. Alex's mouth almost watered at the sight. she thanked Rosa for the pancakes and drowned it in syrup , before putting some strawberries and blueberries on the side.

the girl took her food and made her way over to the livingroom. she debated on going up to her room , but she knew she would get lazy and get into bed right away.

she knew she couldn't since she was meeting up with Isla , Maeve and Grace today. she had messaged them yesterday and was way more excited than anyone else.

Alex scrolled through her phone while eating her pancakes, seeing a message come through.

she almost immediately smiled.
