The Hogwarts express whistled as it rolled out of Kings Cross station.

Cassie had arrived late to the platform and was unable to find any of her friends before entering the train.

She rolled down one of the windows on the side of the train and welcomed the cool air that rushed around her.

Her brown hair was plaited into a loose braid, her baby hairs blowing into her eyes. Cassie closed them. Even though her scarf whipped her neck as she leaned her head out of the window slightly, she didn't care. Cassie welcomed the silence.

"Are you- are you Cassiopeia?"

A timid voice interrupted Cassie from her quiet. Sighing, she turned around to find a small first year in front of her. He was shaking.

"Cassiopeia Peverell." Cassie needed no introduction.

The boy gulped. "Madame- miss- um- my lady-"

"Cassiopeia is fine."

"Um... yes, well Cassiopeia I have a message from your friends." He said eagerly.

"Go on?" She enquired.

"Thy told me to find you... no matter where you were and they said they've saved you a seat in your normal compartment if you... if you are going to bothered to visit them." He gulped as if he expected Cassie to anger at his words.

Cassie laughed. "Okay. Thank you for the message..."

"Miss? Mr Malfoy also said that I am to be paid for my service?" His voice quivered.

Cassie sighed at Draco's nerve.

After handing the boy a few knuts, Cassie eventually made her way towards the Slytherin compartment. As she walked, she got the vague impression that people were staring out of their windows at her.

People were always staring at Cassie. She was- well, herself, but there seemed to be more intriguing looks than normal. When she was about halfway through the train, Cassie found the corridor blocked by a group of Ravenclaw girls. One of them stopped her and handed her a note.

"Could you give this to your... friend," the girl giggled.

Reading it slowly, Cassie laughed.

She narrowed her eyes in disbelief and disgust, before tearing the note up in her hand and flicking it towards the girl.

Cassie sighed, pushing the girl to the side as she walked past her. She muttered "Scum," under her breath loud enough for the girl to hear.

The girl scoffed, and her friend exclaimed, "What a brat!"

Cassie turned around and flashed them the middle finger. "At least I'm a pretty one!" She yelled at them.

Cassie pulled down her Chanel sunglasses over her eyes, and continued to make her way across the train.

She reached her friends compartment and slid open the door.

"First of all," Cassie said, as her friends looked up at her. "Draco Malfoy you lazy sod. Since when were owls replaced by first years?"

Cassie sat down with her back to the window, stretching her legs across Draco's lap.

"Well you were taking your time," Draco explained. "Figured you got lost."

"Seems Mattheo has," Cassie noticed. "Has no one seen him?"

Pansy shrugged. "I haven't,"

Cassie stood up. "I'm going to look for him," and she slid open the door and walked out.
