"Hermione My legs are all itchy, and red," Hermione looked up from her book and seeing Elise's legs, put it down. "Oh My God, Elise, we need to get you to the nurse right now," Hermione picked her up and carried her to the Hospital wing followed by Harry. After a few minutes, Madame Pomfrey asked, "Elise do you have any allergies," ''I have a severe Grass allergy," Harry and Hermione shared a look, "What's the matter," Madame Pomfrey asked. Hermione replied, "we found her sitting on a patch of Grass - Elise, did you know the Grass was there?" Elise shook her head, Madame Pomfrey left and came back with some cream which she applied to Elise's legs. Immediately Elise felt better and was dismissed from the wing, back in the Common Room, Hermione put away the cream Madame Pomfrey gave them and decided to write Molly Weasley. " MRS. Weasley, Hi it's Hermione Granger, I am writing to you about Elise. I was wondering if she has any past trauma, we recently found out she is very sensitive to pranks, and we also found out about her grass allergy. I would really like to know, so I could talk to Dumbledore, and see if we could make accommodations for her. Thank you, Hermione," She rolled the letter up, called her owl, and tied it to her leg, and then sent it off to the Weasleys. A few days later she got a reply back, "Hermione it is so good to hear from you, yes she does have past trauma, and I am afraid it is severe. She was neglected from the age of 2 by her mother, her father died in the first wizarding war when she was age 6, and her mother started neglecting her even more, going as far as locking her in her room. Eventually, the ministry found out, and removed her from the household, sending her mother to Azkaban. Arthur, who works in the ministry, found out and offered to take her in. She was with us for a little while, then the ministry decided to take her back, a few months later she was back with us, and has been since. But now that she has you, she might not want to stay with us anymore," while Hermione was reading it, she started to cry. She felt bad for Elise and wanted to give her a new look at life, she took the letter with her as she walked to Dumbledore's office. "Yes, Miss. Granger," "Sir, it's about my sister," Dumbledore nodded, Hermione continued, "I recently wrote Molly Weasley to find out more about Elise, and this was the reply." She handed Dumbledore the letter, he read it, and Hermione could tell he was disturbed greatly. After a few minutes, he said, "This is going to change things - would you want me to tell the whole school, or not?" Hermione hesitated, "You could take her to the courtyard," Dumbledore said, "and I could tell everyone at dinner tonight." Hermione nodded, and went back to the common room, upon Dumbledore's permission, took Elise to get dinner, and out to the courtyard. While they were out there, Dumbledore told the other Professors about his and Hermione's conversation. They agreed to address the whole school, and when everyone was settled, Dumbledore told the school about Elise's past. While they were listening, Draco, who was among the students at the Slytherin table, felt bad, and decided to befriend Elise. After eating he went out to the courtyard where Hermione and Elise were. "What is it Malfoy," Hermione sounded annoyed, Draco replied, "I heard Dumbledore's speech, and I feel really bad." Hermione suddenly changed expressions, "go on," "I - I was wondering if - if we could be friends," Draco asked.
