Katsuki woke up first, He felt Izuku's hands wrapped around his stomach, He got a bit confused {Why is he being so protective? And he keeps holding my stomach... Should I ask him? No....}
He began thinking about ideas of why Izuku was holding onto his stomach whenever he went to sleep, After a few minutes Izuku woke up
He looked at Katsuki, Katsuki looked at him before speaking
"Uh.. Deku?"
"Yeah?"
"Why do you keep holding my stomach?"
"Hm?"
"You always hold onto my stomach when I sleep" he motioned towards Izuku's hands on his lower stomach
"oh... because.. because.. you're just really warm" He had to come up with an excuse so he doesn't worry Katsuki
"Oh?.... Okay?" He looked confused as hell
A few hours later
Izuku is doing work on his computer per usual, Katsuki felt a weird feeling in his stomach, He began thinking hard about what happened the previous month, He noticed Izuku wasn't looking
He walked out of the room, silently closing the door behind him, He saw Mina sleeping face down on the couch, He looked at her confused before shaking his head "fucking idiot..." He mumbled
He sighed before knocking on Recovery Girl's room, She opened the door and looked up at him (She's 4'7)
"Hey Katsuki! Any problems?"
"Kinda, I also have a question"
"Of course, Come in"
He walked into the nurses office
"So what's the issue?"
"My stomach kinda feels weird"
She went silent for a second
"Weird how?"
"Kinda like it's spinning or whatever, continuously throbbing though"
"... did you hit your stomach on anything recently?"
"No"
"Alright... So, What did you wanna ask me?"
"Do you know why Deku keeps treating me like I'm a baby?"
"Yes, He didn't tell you?"
"Tell me what...?"
"About the womb"
"DEKU HAS A WOMB?"

After she did the scan she smiled warmly "It's 3/4% formed, I'd say a week left before you're good to go"
"Good to go as in I'm a boy again?"
"No"
"Damn it."
"Good to go as in your womb is fully formed"
"Wait. To have children you need a uterus"
"Yeah, That too, That already formed though"
"DAMN IT"
She giggled softly before shaking her head "Anyways, So you can go back, Be careful because if you end up hurting your stomach you might get an internal bleed and die or get extremely hurt"
"WHAT?"
"Yeah, Just be careful, Refrain from sleeping on your stomach as well"
"Oh."
Katsuki went back to Izuku's dorm, He saw Izuku asleep, Which was sorta abnormal since usually he was asleep first, He put Izuku's blanket over him, He looked at Izuku for a moment
