4. Awakened

*3 years later*

Izuku P.O.V

Things change a lot ever since that day.

I begin resuming middle school in a new school, moved, and, shockingly for me, a friend!

*flashback*

I open the front door to my new school, as I see a bunch of my peers talking to each other, I grip my notebook as I take my first steps.

'OK Izuku, new school, new house, new perspectives! Maybe I can find a better experience here!'

I trip and start to fall down.

'Or I'm a failure.'

I get ready to feel the floor, but..it never came. I open my eyes as I see myself start to float. I see a few people stare at me and someone behind me stopped touching my back.

"W-woah! Wha-what the??" I say startled. The person behind starts to speak.

"Sorry I didn't ask first! Though it looked like you might get hurt if you fell like that." The person said. It sounded like a high pitched voice.

"U-uh..thx.." I say awkwardly. "Can you..unfloat me pl-please?" I asked stammering.

The person moved slightly frantically. "O-oh r-right, sorry!" They said, as I fell lightly.

"Oof!...t-thx.." I get up and turn around to see the person. "Sorry ab-about tha-" I see them with medium sized brown hair, brown eyes, and in the middle schools girl outfit. "O-oh my goodness! I-im so sorry to disturb you miss. Y-you didn't have to d-do that.."

"Nonsense! You were about to hit the floor facefirst, could've hurt you! I always wanted to help people. Also please don't call me miss." She said.

"So-sorry..oh! I forgot uh, hi, my names Izuku Midoriya." I say as I put my hand on my center chest.

"Oh! Nice to meet you! I'm Ochaco Uraraka! I hope we have the same class, I don't get that lucky with meeting new people." Uraraka says, scratching the back at her head nervously.

"O-oh..I'm new here actually I um..transferred schools." I explained. Uraraka looked excited.

"Oh! Me too actually!" She said.

"Really??" I said surprised.

"Yup! My parents wanted to move to a more cheaper house, and I couldn't go to the same school anymore cause of the distance." She explained.

The bell rang as people start to go to their first period class. I get a bit startled from the loud bell as Uraraka looked at me a bit confused.

"You ok?" She asked concerned. I stop covering my ears.

"Th-that wasn't loud to you?" I asked slightly nervous.

"No? Do you have sensitive ears?" She asked.

'Now that I think about it, it makes sense. I had to go through explosions to my face for 8 years.'

"U-umm.." I say worrying. "Nevermind..I'm just gonna go to class..see you la-later U-Uraraka." I said, walking away.

"OK see you later Midoriya!"

*Flashback Ends*

Ever since then, we have been best friends. She would always be with me whenever we had lunch break, and we even hanged out while exercising. We both wanted to become heroes and both of us were inspired by my mom.

I did eventually told Uraraka I was a late bloomer, and told her about all the experiences with it and Bakugou. Which after i told her, She assured me that it wouldn't effect our friendship.
