The next morning, As Faye got ready for work, she thought about her conversation with Yoko the previous evening. She was determined to build new memories with Yoko and focus on the present, even if the past remained a mystery.

Faye owned a prominent art studio in Bangkok, a place where creativity flowed freely and artists from all walks of life gathered. Today was an important day as they were expecting a new addition to their team, an accomplished artist named Chet, who had just moved to Bangkok from New York.

As Faye arrived at the studio, she was greeted by her employee and friend, Tanya. Tanya, with her short-cropped hair and confident demeanor, was always a source of support and humor in Faye's life.

"Morning, Faye!" Tanya called out, waving enthusiastically. "Ready to meet the new talent?"

Faye smiled, feeling a bit of excitement. "Absolutely. I've heard great things about Chet."

Just as they were talking, the door to the studio opened, and in walked Chet—a tall, striking figure with an air of confidence. Chet's presence commanded attention, and as they introduced themselves to the team, Faye couldn't help but notice the way Chet's eyes lingered on her.

"Hi, I'm Chet," they said, extending a hand to Faye. "It's a pleasure to meet you."

Faye shook Chet's hand, feeling a strange mix of curiosity and unease. "Nice to meet you too, Chet. Welcome to the team."

Throughout the morning, Faye found herself frequently glancing at the clock, anticipating her lunch break. She had plans to meet Yoko, who had insisted on visiting her at the studio. Just as the clock struck noon, Yoko waltzed in, her presence as vibrant and lively as ever.

"Hey there, gorgeous," Yoko greeted, her voice dripping with playful charm as she wrapped her arms around Faye's waist from behind.

Faye blushed, feeling the familiar warmth of Yoko's touch. "Hey, Yoko. Perfect timing as always."

Yoko glanced around the studio, her eyes sparkling with curiosity. "So, this is where the magic happens, huh?"

"Yep," Faye said, smiling. "Let me introduce you to some of the team."

As they walked around, Faye introduced Yoko to Tanya, who immediately took a liking to Yoko's bubbly personality. Then they approached Chet, who was working on a new piece.

"Chet, this is Yoko," Faye said, feeling a slight tension in the air. "Yoko, meet Chet, our new artist."

Chet looked up, their eyes narrowing slightly as they took in Yoko's presence. "Nice to meet you, Yoko," they said, their voice polite but reserved.

Yoko, never one to shy away from a challenge, extended her hand with a charming smile. "Likewise, Chet. I hope you're enjoying Bangkok so far."

Chet nodded, their expression unreadable. "It's been great so far. The city's got a unique vibe."

As the day progressed, Yoko's mischievous side began to emerge. She would occasionally sneak up behind Faye, whispering playful remarks in her ear, or make exaggerated comments about Faye's talent, making sure Chet could hear.

While Faye was discussing a project with Chet, Yoko casually walked over, slipping her hand into Faye's back pocket and giving it a playful squeeze. "Don't work too hard, babe," she said, her voice filled with mock seriousness.

Faye's cheeks turned crimson, and she shot Yoko a look that was a mix of amusement and embarrassment. "Yo, behave," she whispered, trying to keep a straight face.

Chet raised an eyebrow, their expression slightly amused. "You two seem close," they commented, their tone neutral.

Faye nodded, trying to maintain her professionalism. "We've known each other for a while," she said, her voice steady.
