11. Feelings

We are now heading home after the eventful day.

Ariana is sleeping in the car.

She must be tired.

Red handprint on her cheeks and her bruised feet is visible.

I so want to get back and beat that guy to the pulp.

I am really really thankful to God and that girl, Emily for saving Ariana on time.

I was going nuts when we were unable to find her.

Flashback

"Noah, Ariana is missing... " I rushed to Noah in panic.

"What?" Twins shouted.

Shit, I forgot about the twins.

I kneeled down in front of them and said, "Um.. No need to panic, alright! We will find her. You guys trust Noah and me, right?"

Kids nodded.

" What do you mean, Aaron? She must be here somewhere..have you even checked? " Noah cornered me and asked in low voice so that the kids could not hear.

"Of course, I did, Noah.. I checked the nearby stalls and asked people in nearby places but couldn't find her. "

"Wait man! May be she met someone from her family and is with them? " Noah suggested.

" It's not possible, Noah. " My lips set in straight line.

He looked at me in confusion.

I explained everything from how I met her to about her family.

He was shocked.

"Don't worry, man! We will find her. " Noah assured me.

We along with twins started searching for her but didn't get any clue about her whereabouts.

Its been 1 hour searching for her. Twins are also tired by now..

So I asked Noah to drop them off to home while I am searching here.

"I will return after dropping them off.. I am with you, Aaron! "  Noah patted my shoulder and left with the kids.

I did everything..

From making an announcement for her, asking random people by describing her looks and attire to checking various stalls and game zones.

But nothing helped.. It is as if she got vanished into thin air.

My mother also called me hearing Ariana missing from the twins and I consoled her somehow.

But the irony is that even I am not sure about myself now.

Where can she be gone?

She doesn't have any money.

She doesn't know anyone.

She doesn't have any fami..

Wait wait wait.. Family.. Yes

Is it possible that her good for nothing uncle or aunt found her and took her?

I don't even know anything about them.

God, what do I do now?

"No.. Think straight.. Aaron.. She needs you and you will find her. " I gave a pep talk to myself.
