Brittany's POV:
Today was the day the teachers take audition for the school play. We're doing our own rendition of Mean Girls! I always loved the movie and the musical! Which is why I'm going to audition for Regina George.
I walk in the auditorium confidently, I can feel my presence shine. I sit down somewhere, waiting for the auditions to start.
I then hear Olivia talking to a group of people and I can't help but eavesdrop.
"Liv, what role do you think you're going to audition for?" A girl asks her.
"I think I'm going to audition for Regina George," she replies gleefully.
OH HECK NO! The role of Regina George belongs to me! I'm not just going to let her have it!
Oh it is on "Liv"!
When comes to these kind of things I get competitive!
Mr. Dotson calls everyone to sit in a circle, as usual he has to call us twice.
"Everybody get in a circle!" he calls.
I walk over and sit down on the floor.
"I SAID GET IN A CIRCLE!" he yells again.
Everyone quickly runs over and sits down in a circle like Mr Dotson asked.
"Alright, as you know, we are doing our own rendition of the Mean girls," he says.
"Some of you will get a role, some of you will not? I don't know," he continued.
Olivia and jenny were talking the whole time, they would not shut up about the Chipmunks, wait why were they talking about the Chipmunks?
"QUIET!" Mr. Dotson yelled.
"Anyways." Mr Dotson then continues talking, and then Olivia continues talking about The Chipmunks.
"They're so cute though!" she whispers.
"Do you like have a crush on them or something ?" Jenny asks.
"Yeah I do..." she replies.
"It would be really cool if were dating one of them...."
"I think the chipmunks would be cute with Chipettes."
I'm glad Jenny said that.
"Alright let's begin!" Mr Dotson announced.
We all walked backstage and got into a line.
After what seemed like hours, it was Olivia's turn, she was good! But I can do better! Everyone there was admiring her.
Alvin was next, and he auditioned for Aaron Samuels. He did well, he seemed very committed, I'm actually kind of surprised, considering he is never committed to anything.
After Alvin, I was up, I performed "World Burn" beautifully, if I do say so myself. Mr Dotson even started cheering.
"Bravo Brittany!" he cheered wiping a tear in his eyes.
I bowed and walked off to the left stage exit.
Olivia seemed irritated, she's probably just jealous that I have great acting skills.
A few weeks later, we got the results back. I got Regina George, Alvin got Aaron Samuels and Olivia got Janice Ian.
I was cheering and jumping up with joy, until I realised that I have to kiss Alvin, I've accidently kissed him before while demonstrating how to kiss someone. But I'm a bit to scared to kiss him now! Well, at least I got the role I want.

Olivia's POV:
NOOOOOOOO! Well there goes my chance to be with Alvin. I really wanted to do this stupid musical so I could bond with Alvin.
I might as well just bond with Theodore, Simon and Alvin don't even like me anyway!
I know, I can just bake him something! I know he's a foodie!
