Adair's POV

Rring Rring Rring

The shrill sound of my alarm woke me up from my 'just had slept' sleep. Stretching my hand, I turned it off and sat up on the bed.

Guess what, overthinking won last night, as usual, and I'm quite sure that I slept somewhere around 3 because like why sleep when you could make embarrassing scenarios in your head of what could happen in the future and prepare for it in advance and ruin your whole sleep schedule in the process.

Not wanting to leave the comfort of my bed, I reluctantly got up and made my way into my bathroom and splashed cold water onto my face to wake me up fully. Coming out, I wiped my face with the towel and changed into a sports bra and shorts and threw an oversized crop top onto it. Then I quickly grabbed my socks and black joggers and put it on.

Throwing my messy curly hair into a tight high ponytail, I put on my cap and my smart watch and made my way out of my room.

My parents wake up at 7 and Sam, well when someone wakes him up. Right now it's 5:10, I have to be back by 6 so I can do at least 45 minutes of workout.

I made my way towards the main door and opened it carefully, skipped out and closed it so as to not make a sound. On my front porch I first stretched my legs a little and did few warm-up jumps and then started jogging toward the familiar streets.

I loved jogging or even taking a simple walk at this time because it was neither too bright nor too dark, just the right gloomy-day like weather, the breeze is refreshing and most importantly not too many people are on the streets at this time, only a few familiar people from my neighbourhood to whom I pass a smile whenever I pass them.

Today is the same, I passed some elderly people taking a walk, a man walking his dog. Panting I stopped in front of the public park. I pulled off my cap letting the cool breeze hit my face and wheeze it's way through my hair.

I made my way towards the swings and sat on one of them and started swinging which first started gently and now I'm full on flying with my legs up.

having enough, I stopped the swing by putting my legs down and planting my feet on the ground. Putting on my cap and pulling my ponytail out the cap-hole, I got up and started sprinting towards my house.

After 15 minutes or so I reached my house's front porch and checked the time on my watch.

5:58. Cool.

I have now enough time to exercise, stretch, relax and then take a nice bath. Repeating the process of carefully opening the door, slipping in and close it, I entered my room, locked it and took off my cap and my now sweaty shirt and threw it in the laundry basket just outside my bathroom.

I started with some simple stretches which was for 10 minutes then without any break I did crunches, lunges, push ups, planks, leg raise and then I again stretched for 10 minutes and hung on the bar attached just outside my closet which I got attached on my walls after literally begging my father. Finally after stretching my neck I checked the time on my phone which showed 6:48 so I have full 12 minutes to relax so I plopped down on my bed after setting a 12 minute timer and just stared at the ceiling.
