My head snapped over towards Landon, my eyes widen. "What the hell." I mouthed to him.
He just stared back at me nonchalantly. He looked back towards my parents. "She's been pregnant for quite some time."
I slapped his chest. "Landon!"
I couldn't believe him!
"I wanna say a week and a half, maybe more." He continued.
I shook my head in disbelief.
My mom let out a big breathe. "Oh thank god! I thought it was something else."
I frowned. "Say what?"
"We already knew." My dad said.
I smacked Landon's chest. "What the hell!"
He gripped my arm pulling me towards him, giving me that intense stare. "I didn't tell them."
I glared at him for a second. "Well I guess the ghost..." I started.
My mom cleared here throat making my head snack back towards her direction. "He didn't tell us."
I turned around fully to face them in Landon's arms. "Well then who? I bet it was that loud mouth bitc..."
My father raised his eyebrow making me stop mid sentence. "Do you think were stupid? You do know that I was once the alpha, I can smell the difference on you."
I sinked in Landon's arms. "Oh..." I looked down at the vein in his arm and traced my finger down it.
My mom squealed making me jump. "OH IM GOING TO HAVE ME SOME GRAND CHILDREN!!!"
"It better be a boy." Was all my dad said before going back to his work.
"What's happening right now? I'm confused." I whispered looking up at Landon.
"What if I want it to be a girl?" I folded my arms in Landon's.
"So now that that's settled. We need to talk about living arrangements." Landon spoke up breaking the silence.
Oh yeah, leave it up to him to do something like that.
But it did just dawn down on me. I mean we still had to finish school.
But then again my aunt told me not to worry... Which in some case made me worry even more.
"Oh your staying here of course." My father stated in matter of fact tone.
I shook my head. "What about school?"
"Your the alpha, you have responsibilities here." He said.
I frowned. "I can balance my work."
He shook his head. "As the alpha, you need to be focused, you have to give it your all at most."
"Yeah well I'm basically in my last month and a half of school, I didn't do at of that just to drop out. Im going to finish what I started, I'm graduating." I glared at him.
My dad sighed pinching the bridge of his nose. "Mary will you tell her." My dad looked towards my mother.
"I better go check the oven." My mom said, making a run for it.
"That's what the cook is for, dear mother." I stepped in front of her, blocking the door.
She sighed. "He's right Mia..."
My dad cut her off. "See."
She shook her head. "And she's right too."
"You can't take both sides." My dad said.
"Well I am. I agree with you that she needs to stay here and take care of alpha duties but I also agree with her in finishing school, we raised her better than that. And to be completely honest, I want to see her walk across that stage." My mom smiled back at me.
My dad sighed. "Your right. That would be shellfish of me to take that away."
I mouth a thank you to her.

Right now, we were getting off the plane back in Oregon.
We were waiting on Luke and Tara.
I was currently eating Landon's sub he stopped and got from the little subway station. Even though I already ate my pancakes from McDonald's.
I was just so hungry. Thank you pregnancy.
I cursed the fat that would probably make it's way to me.
"I will always love you, no matter what you become." Landon reassured me.
I looking at him. "Get out of my head." I said with a mouthful of his sandwich in my mouth.
He grinned wiping the corner of my mouth and stood up. "Come on."
I frowned until I saw Tara running towards us. "Oh shit."
Tara basically ran full speed and bear hugged me. Nearly knocking the remains of the sub out of my throat.
I felt my feet leave the ground. "I missed the shit out of you." She gave me a big squeeze before Landon pulled me out of her arms and pressed me into his chest. "Oh chill it Captain America, I was just hugging her." She smirked.
I smiled shaking my head. "How are you so energized at 5 in the morning?" I laid my head back against Landon's chest.
"Uh it's 4 and easy." She shrugged.
I shook my head. "Because 4 makes it so much better."
"Can we go?" Luke asked as soon as it got quiet.
Tara waved him off. "So what's new?"
I frowned. "What do you mean?" I knew exactly what she meant... But I wanted to tell her, at least not in a airport.
"We can walk and talk." Luke offered.
She shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know, like anything different."
"Define differ..." I started but was cut off.
"As much as I would love to stand here and talk about what's new and what's different, I don't, so lead the way to my car." He spoke nonchalantly and picked up our suit cases.
I nudged him in the side. He shot me a warning look. I glared right back at him.
"Thank you!" Luke sighed out.
"Grow some balls." Landon teased.
"Lose some." Luke shot back.

I stumble for the 6th time. "Landon where are you taking me?" I giggled as I felt myself being lifted from the ground. "Were in the woods aren't we?"
"How many times have you asked me that." He asked.
"About 16 times." I thought out loud.
"Mhm, and how many times have I not answered you?" He asked sarcastically.
"About 16 times." I rolled my eyes under the cloth wrapped around my eyes.
A few more minutes later with me still asking and him still not answering, he finally stopped.
"Were here." He sat my feet to the ground.
I felt the knot from the tying in the back of my head loosen and the blind food fall carelessly off of my face.
I took in my full surroundings. With wide eyes, I turn to Landon. "It's beautiful."
