To those revisiting my tiny corner in Wattpad after my long hiatus, as promised, I'm back. Better late than never, I guess.
The reason I returned, I miss y'all!
You're well-aware this journey began with TWOEM and TFM, both standalone, that became trilogies. While I have finished them, they remain unedited.
The issue of the mirror sites made me remove my work from Wattpad. During the dark days of the pandemic, I wrote a lot but published little. Then came the loss of my nan, grand uncle, and then aunt, which is where I dropped off the face of the world.
During these three years, I outlined a twelve-part series of standalone in the same universe, and The Rebellious Mate (formerly called SOLD) is the first instalment.
I hope you enjoy this story until I tame the beasts called TFM and TWOEM. For now, I need writing to be fun again.
*Note to self: No more trilogies.*
For those new to my work, please keep two things in mind.
1. Expect the unexpected.
2. This is a medium-burn, coming-of-age, romantic mystery.
3. Also, I speak and write British English. Despite the American English settings, often a few spellings, terms, and idiomatic phrases slip through the net. Bear with me on that front.

This is a first draft. I do self-edit, and my dear Sorana cleans up my messy chapters for your enjoyment. My relationship with my editor and readers motivates me to write. So feel free to comment, point out the errors you find, and share your ideas to improve the story.
