I was pissed and it was clear Edward knew it. "You are right!" He said as he looked me dead in the eyes. It was clear he was reading my mind and I hissed at him. But I already knew I was right as he never should have even talked to her. He should have stayed away like he originally planned. "But what is done is done." He said and this made my family hiss at him.
"What's done, is done?" Esme asked her tone cold. I wasn't surprised to see Edward turn to her looking rather hurt but her tone. "You go against everything we asked you not to do and that is what we get back. 'What's done, is done?'" She asked as she hissed at him. "This human you forced upon us by you! She now thinks she is connected to our family and she also thinks that Emmett belongs to her, not his true mate. And that is what you have to say to us?" She yelled, making us all jump a little. As she wasn't one to yell. "OH! And she hates our daughter! Because she is with Emmett and a member of our family and coven! Correct?" She hissed as she stared daggers at Edward. He didn't speak, just nodded his head.
"Then my decision stands!" Carlisle said and I smiled a little. Edward looked hurt as he knew that there was no changing his mind now.
"Carlisle, please give me a chance to fix this!" Edward said making Brooklyn and I to scoff.
"The only way to fix this... Is to call the Volturi. Let them handle this." Rosalie said and I agreed with her as did many members of our family. Alice was the only one that seemed not to agree. As she shook her head.
"I can't let them hurt her. No matter what she has done. She could have a life away from us. Be happy!" Edward said as he looked at me for help.
"I will not help you or that thing. Not after everything you and it has done." I said, making him shake his head at me. I knew he hoped for my help. But that wasn't going to happen. My wife was what mattered to me. Not some human that meant nothing to me.
"Then you are no longer a part of this family. I won't put their life on the line any more because of you!" Carlisle said before he turned to the rest of us. "It is time!" He said and we all nodded our heads.
"Time? Time for what?" Edward asked but none of us answered him.
"What's done is done, Brother!" Ian said when Edward tried to stop him. "You only have yourself to blame now!" He said as the rest of us ran to our rooms.
"Be careful, she doesn't care! She only cares about you to get what she wants." Alice said and I wondered for a moment what she meant. "But you are not what she wants!" She said and I frowned as I knew what she meant now.
