Early in the morning,in the CEO office he was busy chatting with The Governor of Miami city,they are discussing about the project giving to him and the amount he is going to spend on it.
The CEO was putting on a Black suit, with a red tie,a black shoe and a brief case on his table.His office is very beautiful, but he was not putting on a work dress today because he is still solving some problems in his office,His office was painted with blue and cream colour and it has three rooms, which consist of Bedroom,small kitchen,toilet and bathroom,his office is his second house.He has a good office that is filled with different equipment,his office is the most expensive civil Engineering office in the country because he is a billionaire.
His office consist of Telephones,printers, documents scanners, copiers,desks and chairs,shredders, office stationery,Internet connectivity, storage equipment, office collaboration tools, labels markers and applicators, office equipment software, laminating machine,wine shelf,glasses of cup, Refrigerator and staff sofa chair.
He was beaming with smile because the chat he was having with the Governor of Miami is proving productive.
"Ok !Sir we discussed earlier that we are constructing 20 towns and 10 villages".he concluded.
"Yes !"Mr Andrew! I think your secretary came to check some places because some important officials spoke to me about her appearances,I will really appreciate you if the work his done", he added.
"Yes !she came I sent her to some places, but some houses and shops is going to be evacuated when constructing some roads because those shops are built on the roads",he said.
"Sir !you can go ahead to do what you want to do? I am happy with you,all I want is a well constructed road with good materials, because some roads we constructed in the past got spoilt due to bad material,bad Construction and negligence of the Manual labourers, because my people told me they were doing the way they like during the working progress".He spoke with dissatisfaction.
"Hmmmm! my workers are not like that,they are very, intelligent, hardworking, without no monitoring, they are very good and they are well behaved, because my secretary told me your people are nice and friendly".He replied
"Yeah! We have friendly,nice, loving people in my city eventhough you might not be able to understand there language but some can speak English language fluently and some villages can't speak English, but I will look for interpreters for you,that one is not a problem",he added.
He felt relaxed and calm. "Once there is good communication skills half of the problem is solve leader,all you have to do is to pay the amount of money I requested because we are going to use good materials for the road sir"! He spoke.
Sir I will want us to negotiate concerning the money, because it is too much,I know that you are an influential person in the country and you are good in your work,your work is excellent", he was worried.
"So you know that I am excellent in my job, maybe you don't know I am one of the most influential Engineer in the country,so just agree with that price I gave to you",he concluded.
"Ok! if that is the case I will give you the money,I might send my boss to you or I should make transfer to you sir"!
"Now you are just talking,I love when people agree with me, you can send the money anyway you like, either transfer or by cash but I need a request from you? His Excellency".
"What is the request sir? I will give it to you,if it is something that will benefit my city", he was inquisitive.
"Sir! I will need some security guards with my workers and Engineers personnel and me too, that will stay with us during the working days and your people must cooperate with us so as to render good service to your land, because in any constructing work,there must be effective large people that will work with us".He spoke with seriousness.
"Ok! everything you said is going to be put in place, just put your mind at rest,I got your back", Leader.
"Ok! nice one let finish the discussion because I have some files to attend to and make sure you prepare your proposal letter and send it to me between now and next week for us to start the project in a jiffy".
