In Casino event center in the Presidential villa here we see Civil Engineers from the top companies come together to celebrate themselves and to receive award from the president.
There was music,food, alcoholic drinks and non alcoholic drinks.
Both Civil Engineers we're all sitted,some were male and female civil engineers from all the part of the countries, that came to witness the award night.They we're all gorgeously dressed.
The male put on blue suit, purple, black,red and orange suits and shirt and trouser, while some female put on beautiful gowns, blouse and skirt,jump suits, suits and trousers.
Mrs Kelly was there sitting down on a beautiful cushion chair, she was enjoying the music and food.She was sipping the alcoholic drinks.
CEO Andrew was sitting at the cushion chair,he was putting on a blue suits and a blue shoe,he was dancing to the music 🎵🎶 while sitting.He was amazed seeing civil engineers from different parts of the country enjoying themselves and they were well dressed and sitted on their various chairs.
He knows some civil engineers including Mrs Kelly and some civil engineers around his area,he has some friends among them are Mr Duncan, Mr Marion,Mr Ludovic,Mr Barbour and Mr Ignatius are all popular in the country.
"Mr Ignatius went to meet Mr Andrew in his seat.
"How are you doing Mr Andrew?
"I am doing well ? Mr Andrew grumble
"I hope you are very comfortable sitting here he asked??
Mr Ignatius I am very comfortable? He replied
Mr Ignatius sat at his front and they were discussing .
"Today is a great day for me,I have never been to the Presidential villa before ,he has good intentions that is the reason why he called us to his place for celebration". he spoke with excitement
"Hmmmm" Mr Andrew smiles yes! "The President wants to celebrate us and for the job we are doing in this nation".
"Yes! yes! that is right??we are really doing great job in terms of construction in this country". Mr Ignatius replied
Yes sir? Mr Andrew replied him.
Can you join me in eating? Mr Andrew asked Mr Ignatius. Thank you sir!! He replied him
After thirty minutes the MC came to the gathering.everyone all Rush back to there seat.
"Hello ladies and gentlemen". the MC greeted with smiling
"Today is a great day for you and I and we are highly welcome to this gathering.
All the people in this gathering are all iconic people,I mean great man and woman"."DJ switch on the music" he asked
"So today as you all know that today is award day,I want you to know that today is to celebrate you and for all you are doing for the society at large especially this country"."Who can tell me the meaning of Civil Engineering"? he asked.
Mr Ignatius replied him ?"Civil engineering is a professional engineering discipline that deals with the design, construction, and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment, including public works such as roads, bridges, canals, dams, airports, sewage systems, pipelines, structural components of buildings, and railways".
"WOW!! thank you very much, very correct, you got it right,let give him a round of applause".
The people applaud him and Mr Ignatius sat down.
President aides , president, Senators and some security personnel came inside the party and they were all seated in there special sit given to them.
MC continue his conversation "Let everyone stand up and welcome the President, Senators that just come inside this wonderful occasion with clapping".
Everyone stand up and clap for them and they sat on their various seat.Where Mr Andrew was sitting he was excited because he knows that he is the one that will receive the award of the best Civil Engineer in the country and his company will be the best company.He was smiling where he was.
The MC continue .." so let recognized our special guest of honor
"We appreciate our President, Senators, President aides and Security personnel for coming".
"We appreciate our wonderful guest of honor".
"We appreciate our Civil Engineering Association of Nigeria (CEAN)".
"We appreciate everyone present and we appreciate people watching online because this program is a live program
So the next thing is prayer sessions
Our father we give you all the glory and we pray this award night become a success".Amen!! and everyone shout Amen!!
"So the next thing is dancing period". DJ increase the volume of the song for everyone to dance? .It is a well known song known by everyone titles "Kill me slowly"!! By Andreas a popular hip-hop musician
Here we see Mr Andrew was dancing alone and he was smiling and after 30 minutes they finished dancing and sat down.
"So we are going to call the president for a short speech" the MC called out.
The President step on the podium and the MC bows his head and gave him the microphone.
"I really appreciate everyone for coming the President spoke with excitement.I hope we are all excited for coming to this special program,I really appreciate everyone for making it to be successful and to the committee of this program,I appreciate them for putting there hands on the desk for this program".
He coughs and continues.. Today is a great day for you and I,we want to appreciate our Civil Engineers for doing great job in the country, Especially on our road,dams,bridges,airports,sewage system, pipeline, components building and railways".
"So let speak concerning our roads, you Civil Engineering are really trying in that aspect,i really commend your efforts,so we will soon move to the award this night".He dropped the microphone and gave it to the MC and step down to his special sit prepared for him.
MC came forward and he started talking.
"Thank you very much Mr President we really appreciate for the beautiful speech, very short and concise. I learned a lot from your words sir you are really a good person celebrating our Civil Engineers that make this nation better.
So let give the President round of applause again".
"So let called Senator Mang to step forward to give all these awards to the people that deserve it".
Senator Mang step forward and he collected the microphone and MC return back to his seat.
"Thank you very Mr Chairman of this wonderful occasion!!
"We are going to be calling the award Base on the position".
"The Level 3 Position goes to Mr Duncan!! you can come forward to collect your award,let give him a round of applause as he is stepping forward".
Mr Duncan came forward and the President came to snap pictures with him and he stepped down to his seat.
"So the Second level position goes to Mr Frederick"!!Mr Frederick came to the podium and he collected his award and the President snap pictures with him and he stepped downward.
The first and the best position goes to Mr Andrew CEO of Building bex construction company.
Mr Andrew step forward beaming with smile and the whole crowd was surprised due to his statue, people were not expecting because he just joined the Civil Engineering Association.
He stepped forward and he collected his award and he snapped pictures with the president and he stepped down to his seat.
Mrs Kelly was frowning his face,envy and jealousy filled her face because of Mr Andrew, because five years ago she was the best Civil Engineer but now she didn't collect any award,She started having evil thought, because Mr Andrew just came from no where and hijacked this position from her like a twinkle of an eye.
After few minutes they finished the program and they all Left for there various houses.
