In Builder bex construction company that is being owned by Mr Andrew as we all know that he is an excellent Civil Engineer.Every workers were all sitted on their various cushion chairs.They were discussing with each other.
Sandra spoke "CEO said there is an important discussion he want to discuss with us,I can see we are all smiling.
"CEO called us to this beautiful office and he said we must dressed well I hope what he want to relay to us must be a good news and it must involve a lot of money that will be shared among us". Mr James spoke.
"All you know is money!!money!!money!!
Are you now trying to tell us that CEO calls us because of money? it might be another thing, maybe we got huge contracts that worth millions". She replied by laughing.
Sheila spoke "I and Boss spoke yesterday concerning some stuff yesterday,I think he said the President gave us job and our manual labourers did the job well, maybe the President wants to give us a package, maybe that is what he wants to relay to us_.
"Hahaha!!Ahh!! are you CEO handbag,if that is the case we will wait for him". Sandra replied her.She called out Patrick, Jackson, Robert,Mattias, Murphy,tailor,wright and site manager, Project manager,project coordinator, project engineer, Architect,Builder, Maintenance Engineer, Electric Engineer, Procurement Engineer, Quantity surveyor, Health and safety personnel".How Far about the road project?? she asked them
Patrick replied "we are almost through the road construction,it remain few things ask the site manager".He face Sandra
Project manager replied with seriousness."We are almost through with the project because some people in the city help us in the construction company ,the people in that City are very nice, hardworking and kind to us, they are the that used to give us food and drinks for lunch and breakfast.
"Ok no prob if that is the case we are done with the road project in that City and we will move to another project" Mr James replied with frown face..
"As civil Engineering team we must be effective and efficient in our work, that is what our boss wants from us, that is why we must put more effort,I know that we are really trying and our site manager and road project coordinator he is working harder, because this job required diligence and wisdom". Mr James spoke
"I want to amaze you that it was the President that gave us the road project,so the road is an important road for an important reason". Sandra spoke.
"I noticed it ma, thank God we put our effort because CEO gave us a lot of instructions before doing the road, even though the road is very big and we used good material for the road for the construction". the Project coordinator replied her.
Mr Andrew came in with surprised money rapped in a blue nylon dressed in a blue suit with dark shade and dark shoes.
"I am so sorry for coming late everyone,I hope we are not angry, something Hook me up somewhere else and I need to fix it". he spoke to them. He said those words and he sat down on the chair prepared for him.
He coughs and started talking."I really appreciate everyone for coming to this special meeting as we all know that it has been long we have done such type of impromptu meeting,so I am so happy you are all well dressed".
He called the chef on a phone to get a food in the company.The company has a restaurant where they prepare food for the CEO and his workers,the canteen is like a thirty minutes journey to there offices.The workers went to the office dinning room.
Within thirty minutes the chef came with a large tray that was filled with Spanish rice and fruit juice.
"It seems this meeting is just like a celebration meeting,it seems our boss just got a private jet" Mr James guess.
No! _Mr James! I don't have a private jet maybe soon, I just want us to eat to our satisfaction,if the food is not enough you can call the chef to bring in more food he smile".
The chef serve all the staff with Spanish rice and fruit juice,the Staff were happy and smiling because of the special treat they were all given.
After few minutes they finished eating and they left the dinning table and they went back to the meeting room.
Mr James broke the silence "With the way CEO called us and gave us a special treat,it seems we just won a big contract" he spoke with excitement and smiles.
"Hmmmm" CEO gesture "We won something that is more than that,I want to appreciate everyone for coming to this meeting, thanks for honoring me,I really appreciate your efforts and skills concerning the job we are doing in this country,to my manual labourers and office workers I really appreciate you, thanks for moving this company forward.Thank for putting all hands on the desk for the success of this company".
"Builder bex construction company has been given an award in this country,I was invited to the President coven house and we discussed and he said he will give me award concerning the road project he gave to us.i really appreciate the site manager and road project manager and the manual labourers for being committed to Zenithal city ,those road are well tiled and set..I want to announce to you we have been announced as the best Construction company in the Country". He announced.
"WOW!! Sandra spoke with surprised "so you mean that amidst the Civil engineering Construction company we are the best".
"WOW!! she spoke and her mouth was opened.
"I know of some big company that has been here for long time, because this company just started five years ago"

"So I brought a huge amount of money to be shared among my wonderful workers". he talked.
He brought bales of money and he gave them #300 000 dollars each, "this is different from your salaries". They all collected the money and they all thank him and sat down on there sit.
"Since when we have started this company we have not recorded such profit like this and we have not won an award before, thanks to your efforts once again",he shakes all of them.He continues...
"Mr James you are really an agile man, you do go extra mile to make sure this company gets higher heights and Sandra you are a wonderful secretary,I commend you for your effort".
"I love you all and I want us to do better the more than all we have been doing,a win for this company is a win for all".he concluded.
