Hey yall! I know it's been a while, and I apologize for that, I've had alot going on, as my grandma ended up in the hospital and nearly died. Thankfully though, she's ok! I'm here today to promote a book I'm working on!

The plot:
2 years prior to the events of the book, 16 year old Alec watches his two parents get brutally k1lled during a break in. Not only that, but the entire village believes it's him, but they have no proof. Orphaned and now the primary caretaker of his newborn baby sister, he struggles to survive and take care of her and himself. He finally manages to start coping with his abandonment issues and his fear of loosing his family after 2 years. He leaves his 2 year old sister in the care of their neighbor, a retired knight, so he can look for a job. When he returns, his sister is gone and the neighbor is dead. With the police not believing him, and time running out, he teams up with a traveling Bard and her crew, a mentally unstable teen archer, and rhe monster in the woods, to find and rescue his baby sister before its too late.
With plot twists around every corner, a SHOCKING character death(youll never guess who bites the dust)a journey focused plot, little to no romance between the main characters, and lots of fantasy elements, it's PERFECT for those who just want to enjoy a good story with no insanely convoluted plot or overly forced romance getting in the way. It's on my wattpad page, and is titled 'The Man in the Woods and the Missing Girl'. This story was originally going to have 2 main characters, Alec(the teenage protagonist) and phillip(the 500 year old crypted in the woods). However, I felt that having only two main characters would cause the story to feel isolated, so I added Maddyson(The Traveling Bard), Ezra(the flute player in Maddysons group), Raúl(the tamborine player with magical abilities) and Ellis(The slightly mentally unstable archer)
