Tevyat Academy, the most international school within the entirety of Tevyat, including students from every single region. Aspiring knights from Mondstadt, scholars from Sumeru, diplomats from Snezhnaya, this Academy was a safe space for all of them.
A large building, beautifully designed, a gorgeous community within - hallways decorated with plants and sunlight from the large windows. The staff all got along to some degree as well, comfortable within themselves to trust one another.
That was until they heard the principals voice, Arlecchino, entering the room with a dreaded announcement.
"Following up on the removal of Mr. Tartaglia from the English department, we have found a replacement."
The staff lounge was quickly overcome with groans and sighs, Yoimiya's voice piping up from the corner, "Childe doesn't work here anymore? Since when?"
"He hasn't been here all week..." Kaveh answered, "He smacked up some student, I think."
"If you don't know, don't ask." Arlecchino interrupted, "But just know, Mr. Wriothesley's previous colleagues were contacted."
A loud chorus of "Ooooo!"'s quickly followed her statement, a faint "He went to the chambers!" From the opposite side of the room.
"Students are not your friends, they aren't your age, either. If you find yourself with similar anger to what Mr. Tartaglia held before he committed such acts, let me know personally." Her knife sharp heels complimented her walk as she turned around, ready to leave, "The students will be dealt with, do not take it upon yourself to act on personal matters."
A rare silence decorated the room as the principal made her departure, Kaveh rolling his eyes as he clicked on his phone, just to drop it on the carpet with a light thud as his boss appeared in the room once again, this time holding some papers.
Arlecchino cleared her throat, "Regarding our replacement, his name is Mr. Alhaitham. If you were paying attention," she side eyed Venti who put up his hands in mock defense, "you'd know he will be working in the English department. Be nice, be respectful, make sure he feels welcome."
That name sounded... Familiar.
The next day, Kaveh walked along the Eco system looking hallway towards his classroom, grumbling to himself that he'd have to make a new friend within his department.

He brought up today's lesson plan on the screen, making any quick edits and adjustments. After a few minutes, his eyes dared to look towards his open classroom door.
What the fuck is that-
Kaveh felt himself flinch, his unstable chair flinging backwards as it bashed against the desk, probably saving himself from being flung into space. "Um, hello?"
"Good morning!"
There stood a literal Greek statue, chiseled and muscular.
No, like, actually.
"Hell is that for?" Kaveh stood, wiping off his blazer as he did so.
Venti shrugged, smiling wildly, "Think the new guy will like it? It's decoration for his classroom."
The other walked over, examining the slightly damaged piece, "What are you? The British museum? Did you go over to Greece to fetch this yourself?" It didn't look cheap, it looked like the real deal which added to the concern of the entire situation.
Venti slapped the statues shoulder, some dust falling off, "This bad boy? Had it for a few years, gift for Mr. Alhaitham." He winked, leaning in to whisper, "May or may not be me trying to get this out of my house, I doubt he'll keep it, anyway."
