Chapter 2

my eye lids felt heavy as I forced them open the room was dark as I had turned of the lights I sat up pain filling my head as everything became dizzy
"ugh"
I held my head waiting a few minutes before looking up the room was as plain as usual I got up looking at the weird clock beside me it showed a moon and the number twelve with two zeros next to it 'midnight' I thought walking towards the metal door that was shut and locked only a scientist key card could open it I turned on the light nearly being blinded by it quickly turning it off I sighed walking to the corner and sitting down in my spot not having the energy to move to my bed again a huge bang came from the metal door as I looked up light blared through it as I adjusted to the bright light a scientist coming in at midnight

'Oh god please no!' I thought 'that major test!'

"Get up!" The scientist said angrily "huh!?" I got up they grabbed my arm putting a wrist band on this one was the same only black with a white screen "what is this?" I asked "the king ordered one Hygift be put in test three then test four" the scientist muttered what is test three!?" I asked panicked "we're going to see how humans react to going to school with you creatures and living with you in other words" the scientist said bitterly 'huh!? But going to school meant going outside and that means meeting humans! I can see the stars and sun!' I thought 'no wait this could be a trick to make me follow easily' I frowned following them alert as I was put in a white room full of others creatures everyone was battered and bruised a boy with black hair and golden eyes looked up at me next to him was a younger kid with one gold one blue eye a short straight pink haired girl who had lifeless eyes a girl with wavy silver hair and piercing red eyes another boy with dark green hair and purpled eyes that seemed like venom they all looked up at me "h-hello" I stuttered "welcome" The two different coloured eye boy smiled "shut up Neptune" the older boy that looked like him said 'must be brothers' I thought ' wait-' "are you Uranus?" I asked curiously tilting my head "yes and?" He looked at me coldly "I'm Elysia Zack's next door neighbour he knows Jasper" I smiled "oh you must be the Hygift" Uranus muttered "wow you're a Hygift!" The green haired boy looked surprised at me must have been at least a year older than me I nodded "never met one of those before" the door opened once again as two people were thrown in "hey watch it!" An angry boy yelled "That hurt!" The six year old boy whined that voice was to familiar short messy light brown hair wide curious gold eyes and fluffy wolf like ears "Zack?" I asked he looked up "Elysia!" I turned to the other boy who had pure white hair and silver eyes that seemed to hate everyone "Elysia is back in the room" he muttered "wait-" he looked up "Miles!?" I exclaimed we stared at each other dumbstruck 'to think we had been taking about this not long ago!' "yay we're all together now!" Zack smiled "great looks like you're row and our row got chosen there must still be two more people coming then" the Green haired boy smiled revealing two fangs "who are you?" Miles asked suspiciously "oh me I'm Serpent this is Lila" he pointed to the pink haired girl "I'm Rosa" The silver haired girl said before Serpent could "and as you know there Uranus and Neptune what about you guys-"

"F*ck you!" an angry voice came from outside as a spiky orange haired boy was thrown in "I hope you perish in hell!" He exclaimed "yea yea" the scientist muttered "ow!" A blueish grey haired girl winced as she was thrown to the floor she had light blue eyes and strangely really straight and neat heart nothing compared to mine and the other girls "I'll kill them!" The orange hair said annoyed then fell silent "Welcome" Serpent smiled widely the orange haired boy. Who glared at everyone in return "hey Jasper you're Jasper right!" Zack exclaimed "huh.." Jasper looked at Zack shocked "Zack?" He asked "hey you're that annoying kid that believed we'd get out of here" Jasper chuckled "Oh it's you" Uranus looked up at Jasper who scoffed angrily "yes it's me" "So it was you that lied to him and now you're calling him dumb!" I exclaimed angrily "who are you?" Jasper looked at me confused

"I'm Elysia" I glared at him "good nice to meet you then again not so nice at the same time people suck" Jasper looked away and faced Serpent "and who are you all?" And so it started once again

"I'm Serpent that's Lila Ruby Uranus and Neptune and you guys are" "I'm Jasper" he grunted "not sure about the rest except this six year old here" he pointed at Zack who pouted "I'm Zack" "And I'm Miles" Miles muttered from the corner everyone looked at the blue haired girl "I-I'm Aurora" she muttered playing with her fingers nervously "oh you're Aurora" I smiled "nice to meet you" she smiled slightly back

"So anyone have any clue why we're here?" Jasper asked me "I dunno all they told me was they wanted to do Test three and see what humans would do to us if we went to school and practically live with them" Uranus grumbled "I hope not" Miles sighed "they'll kill us" Ruby finally spoke "that would be nice now wouldn't it dying by being beat up by humans finally having my life come to an end" the pink haired girl smiled while looking at the roof "ack why would you say that!" Uranus coughed "death is the best thing ever" light seemed to shine in her eyes "yes it could be painful but in the end it's worth it" everyone fell silent "great so I'm stuck with mr happy mr grumpy which I can relate mr angry miss's weirdo miss's shy miss's suicidal mr has to much energy mr who doesn't speak and then there's me" Miles seemed to give everyone a name "I am not a weirdo I just haven't seen people for eight years! Or since I was five!" I exclaimed "what happened to the boy they killed?" Miles asked me "the one you always mention?" "Alex! He... ugh that was a different situation plus I only saw him once!" I exclaimed then frowned Miles raised a brown I glared at him and stomped to the corner "Death does sound nice at this moment" i muttered

"Thank you" Lila smiled I sighed

This was going to be one annoying day.
