Chapter 13 Till Our Last Breathe

"Holy shit look at this place it's amazing" Parker says in awe as he skims around the new world. It is a kingdom sitting on top of clouds, "We're literally walking on clouds baby" Charise says with a smile. Lena smirks and points at the front of the castle it has a long walkway with bloodstains on it. They all begin to follow the walkway when suddenly they walk straight into a battle. "Holy shit angels!" Parker says as he draws out his sword and readies himself. Charise loads her crossbow and shoots at one angel hitting him dead in the heart. Parker look over with amazement, "Damn for someone who hate to break a nail you're one hell of a shot babe" Charise blushes, she turns to her left suddenly ducking the angel she shot fell to the ground infront of Parkers feet. "Ah..you holy bastard" Parker smirks and raises his blade, he sinks it into the angels chest twisting it as it goes in. The angel lets out a scream then turns into beams of lights and disapears.

Lena smirks, she walks right into the battle field attacking angels. She begins ripping their throats out, hell even tearing their heads off. She looks over at Parker and Charise, "A little help guys ? " Parker and Charise look at each other and nod. "Be careful baby" Charise begins to dart off towards the battle " I will baby." Parker darts the other way. 

Charise begins to be flooded by angels she shoots everyone of them down in a row. One after one angels drop with demonic arrows sticking out of their chests, They hit the ground screeching and turning into beams of light.

Lena keeps savagely killing angels still ripping throats out, ripping heads off, tearing their hearts out. she gets hit a couple times by cross arrows which prevent her from healing. She just breaks them off and keeps fighting.

Parker begins slashing away at angels, cutting their arms off, slicing them in half, and driving his sword into them. Suddenly a whole army of angels rush Parker surrounding him. "Shit there's got to be at least 300 of them, what the hell am i going to do?" Parker looks at his sword, he traces three fingers on it and slams it into the ground. A big hole opens in the earth summoning demons. The demons begin to ravage the angels, tearing them apart limb by limb. The angels begin retreating into the fortress. Parker , Charise and Lena watch them run, they look down at the battle ground and notice one angel still alive but barley.

Lena grabs the angel by its throat, She picks it up in the air. "Whats your archangels name who's over all of you??!"  The angel spits what looks like gold blood. "M....Michael the Archangel" Lena smirks, she squeezes the angels throat until it rips open. The angel screeches then burst into light. "You hear that ? We got to kill Michael" Lena looks at Charise and Parker in excitement.

"Taking on an archangel ? are you crazy Lena?" Charise says in a shocked tone. Parker sits there quietly wiping off his sword. "Yes an archangel are you two up for it ? " Charise looks over at Parker, he just shrugs "I guess we are." Charise says in a concerned voice. 

They begin into the castle warding off what little angels try to stop them. Lena still killing them with her bare hands, Charise switched to her throwing knives, Parker switched to his daggers so they could be quicker with time.

"This way guys!!" Lena yells as she runs up some steps leading upstairs. Charise and Parker run right behind her. They turn the corner when suddenly Lena disapears. "Where the hell did she go?" Parker ask in confusion. "I don't know babe" Charise looks around in confusion. Suddenly the doors slams shut. " What the fuck" Parker draws his sword quickly "Look out babe!" Parker jumps in front of charise taking an angels sword to his arm. It slashes him deep he pushes the angel back then slams his sword through his chest killing him. Parker grabs his arm in pain wincing a little. "Babe!" Charise runs over to Parker, she takes his arm then bandages it. "Im fine babe lets keep going" Parker shrugs then researches the room. "Theres got to be a way out of here" Parker begins rubbing the wall. "What are you doing babe? " Charise just looks at Parker confused. 

Parker finds a loose brick "AHA!" he presses it and a door opens up from the wall. "A secret passage ? " Charise looks amazed, "Damn crafty angels they set us up babe... " Yep they did babe..it was a trap" Parker enters the door with his sword drawn. He swiftly turns then strikes with his sword hitting an angel across his chest. The angel collapses on his back, Charise runs up then points her crossbow at his head. "Wheres Michael at?? Tell us!" Charise lowers her crossbow closer to his head. "I'll never tell you, you damn bloodsuckers" The angel winces in pain. Parker smirks, he takes his sword then slowly drives it into the angels chest. "Tell me and i'll let you live you holy bastard." The angel winces and screeches a bit. "Fine...H...He's at the top of the castle up those stairs, The angel points behind him to a staircase. Parker smirks "Thanks you holy bastard...." Parker shoves his sword all the way through the angels chest" The angel screeches " YOU LIED YOU BASTARD!" he turns into light as Parker draws his sword back to its sheath.

"Lets go babe..we got an arch angel to kill" Parker grabs Charises hand then runs up the steps. They burst through the door, Parker with his sword drawn and Charise with her crossbow drawn. Parker lowers his sword a bit, "Holy shit..he's huge.." Parker says in a fear filled tone.

There he sit...Michael..the archangel...huge wings of white, muscles so big his veins pop out all over his body, with a sword that was 20 foot long, he himself was about 25 foot tall. Michael smirked. "You bloodsuckers will never kill me..you'll be lucky to ever get near me!" Suddenly angels flooded the room busting through the windows. Parker and Charise get separated by the angels. Parker began fighting them off slashing them to pieces coming back to the middle of the circle. "Shit theres too many babe! try to run if you can ill hold them off." Parker shouts while fighting off angels. "I can't baby! im trapped!!!" Charise says while shooting at angels slinging some over he shoulder as they charge her. Parker looks over and sees Michael stand up. He draws his sword out then begings to slash it down towards Charise. "BABY!!!" Parker shoves through the angels, he swiftly stands infront of Charise, taking the hit the sword buries into his shoulder. Charise turns around and screams in horror "BABY!!NOO!!" Parker coughs up blood then turns his head to Charise, "I love you baby..even after death i'll always love you..i had to take the hit to protect you..im sorry...i love you baby.." Michael takes the sword and slashes right through Parker. Charise screams out a loud screech that makes the angels wince and cover their ears. "YOU BASTARD I'LL KILL YOU MICHAEL!!" Charise charges at Michael when suddenly she feels a sharp pain go through her chest. She stops in her tracks then looks down, to see a hand sticking out of her chest. "You two were too easy to kill.." a figure says behind her, the figure comes to Charises side. "LENA!?" you bitch. Charise coughs up blood while trying to talk. "Yep me darling"  Lena slides her hair back to reveal a cross. "I made a promise with the angels that if i could kill off most the vampires i could have both good and evil powers" Lena smirks

Charise gasps for air, she's losing alot of blood quickly. "Parker i love you so much..thank you for sacrificing yourself for me love. I'll love you forever...even till our last breathe."

 Charise smiles one last time as she drops to her knees. She collapses right beside Parker, She lets out one last sentence.. "Till our last breathe my love"
