seungjae stood up when he heard his sister, hyejin, was home. it was the first time this year he had returned from the states, and he was excited to show her the little gifts he brought.
his smile faded when he saw her teary eyes. "seungjae," she sobbed, running to him. "i assaulted someone," she cried in his arms. "i didn't mean to do it. i swear."
seungjae nodded and hugged hertighter, "i know. i know,"
she cried harder, "i didn't mean to. i was on drugs. i don't know what i am doing,"
"what?" seungjae broke the hug, "you're what?"
"seungjae, i didn't mean to," she sobbed again, "i didn't know it was a drugs i thought it was a cig— ," she stopped explaining when she saw the disappointment in his eyes.
"this can't be true," seungjae shutted his eyes and left his sister standing in tears
HYEJIN looked out the window, sighing at the memories and regrets. it was all over her head the whole ride to the healing forest.
kim ri-an kept glancing at seo hyejin, who kept sighing the whole ride. he could feel the tension between woojin and hyejin.
never in a million years would hyejin sit beside ri-an without arguing, but today was the exception. she wasn't dissing him.
the whole ride was quiet, nobody dared to talk and when they arrived, hyejin quickly left them without a word and only stayed in her villa playing piano
hyejin was acting rather weird today, confusing her friends, especially when ri-an himself disturbed her piano session to invite her for brunch. she only nodded and followed him.
they reunited for brunch, where the tension was high, but hyejin didn't care and kept eating.
woojin sigh while watching hyejin eat,"i haven't eaten a thing, but i think i'm getting indigestion," he looked at hera, "is it just me?"
"maybe it's something contagious," hera looked at both of ri-an and jae-i
"we haven't been together like this in ages. are you going to be like this?" woojin commented
"are you not used to her horrible personality?" hyejin said and hera silently hissed at her, but she just shrugged her shoulders
