It was Masons birthday and you were gonna throw a surprise birthday party for him, but as a little prank to throw him off you and Miguel were gonna pretend like you forgot
Sure it was risky but you two wanted to make sure he'd be focused on why ypu forgot so you can set everything up
It was 9am and you were in Masons kitchen serving yourself some coffee to get through the day when you feel two arms wrap around your waist
Mason:good morning Y/n:good morning Mase, you want some coffee I just made it? Mason:no thank you
A sleepy Miguel walks into the kitchen
He walks towards you and takes your cup
Miguel:good morning, Mason happy-
You quickly kick Miguel
Y/n:hump day, happy hump day guys Mason:oh
Mason opens the fridge while you and Miguel give each other stern looks, you take your cup back from Miguel
Mason:so what are we doing today Miguel:well I'm going back home at around 6 so Y/n:yeah and I need to take Miguel, but after I plan to sleep
Mason tried to hide his upset face but you and Miguel notice
Mason:so nothing special going on?
You and Miguel look at each other thinking
Miguel:no I don't think so Y/n:is it our anniversary? Miguel:girl that was 2 months ago Y/n:oh righttt, wait how do you know
You and Miguel start bickering while Mason goes upstairs, you and Miguel stop
Y/n:I feel bad, he thinks we forgot Miguel:that just means we're good actors Y/n:we? If it wasn't for me shutting you up before you said happy birthday you would've blown it, you're only job was to be silent, you're lucky it's Wednesday
A few hours later it was 5 and you and Miguel managed to not say anything by bickering
You guys were sitting in Masons room, Mason and Miguel were playing video games while you sat there on your phone
You were texting Tristan to come get Mason so you guys could set up
Mason:guys are we really just gonna sit here and play videos games all day? Miguel:no I'm leaving in a bit to the airport remember Mason:hm
Mason puts his controller down and Tristan finally calls him
He picks up and starts talking to him
After 3 minutes Mason gets up
Mason:Tristan said he has to take me somewhere, wanna go with me Y/n? Y/n:babe I can't I'm taking Miguel to the airport
He looks down sad but nods
Mason:I'll go change Y/n:wear something nice
He nods and walks into his closet closing the door
Miguel:what something nice? Really? Y/n:shut up I want my boyfriend to look good for his party
You and Miguel go downstairs and Mason walks into the living room where you are, he kisses your head
Mason:I'll be back, bye Miguel Miguel:bye
He leaves and you guys run to the window as he gets in Tristans car
Y/n:okay we have about 40 minutes to get ready and set up Miguel:get ready? What's wrong with ny outfit Y/n:Miguel we're both in pijamas are you serious Miguel:hater
Time skip cause I'm not writing all of that
Everyone was at Masons house and you guys were just with the final touches
Brady:guys they're here
You turn off the lights on time as Mason and Tristan walk in
Mason:what was the point of that drive, you literally almost ran over a bird
He turns on the light and sees everybody (yippee)
Everyone immediately surrounds him and start screaming happy birthday to him
You and Miguel stand in the kitchen lighting the candles on the cake
Y/n:dude how hard is it to use a damn lighter Miguel:you do it then
He passed you the lighter as Mason walks in the kitchen
Mason:so you guys didn't forget my birthday
You give Miguel the lighter back and make your way to Mason hugging him
Y/n:I would never forget you're birthday
You kiss him as he kisses you back
Miguel:bitch ass candle ____________________________________________
This was suppose to be written on Mason birthday but I'm a little delayed😜
