Isabela was awakened by a loud bark and paws running into her room, startled she sat up and launched one of her pillows at the creature that ran around in her room. A black dog sat on his hind legs and tilted his head at her. He was majestic.

With a smile the Queen entered the room, followed by Maria, the two women stood with gentle smiles. Isabela frowned at them, still startled by the dark-colored dog that sat at the foot of her bed.

"What is the meaning of this?" her raspy voice croaked out, her hair ran wild as her eyes fought to focus in the sudden bright light.

"You need a companion," Her Majesty said simply, Isabela looked at her, "Must you look at me like that, child? I am aware of your dislike of corgis, so I have made it a mission to gift you this majestic beast," her smug smile was enough to make Isabela crack a smile.

"He is a German Shepherd, ma'am, of the best breeders in England," Maria's strong Spanish accent ran through her voice, each time Isabela's help spoke reminded her of her home.

"What shall you name him?" her aunt said, looking at the dog who sat still in front of Isabela's bed, observing the girl.

"I do not know, perhaps it shall come to me in the future," the girl stood from her bed, gifting her aunt a hug, "thank you for this gift, auntie, he truly is a majestic beast,"

The dog was quick to sniff Isabela's body, tickling her sides as his nose poked in her most ticklish areas. The two women smiled fondly at the girl who kneeled before the dog, petting his head with a gentle affection.

"Maria?" the woman looked at her, the Queen had made her way out of the room, "Prepare my carriage, I shall go on a promenade with Miss Daphne Bridgerton," she stood and went to pick out a casual dress.

She chose a sunflower yellow dress that was adorned with a casual hat, she wore her mother's bracelet on her right wrist, Spain's royal ring sat on her left index finger, and a silver necklace that was embedded with symbols that represented the great kingdom of Austria. She stepped outside the grand Buckingham household and made her way to Grosvenor Square.

The girl waited quietly at the front entrance of the inviting home. The servants stood pin straight, not wishing to seem imperfect near the royal.

Loud steps were heard coming down the stairs, prompting the girl to turn and look at the girl who went down those stairs so freely, Benedict following behind her. The two siblings looked shocked at the sight of their favorite royal.

"Princess? I was not expecting you," Eloise said, not wishing to bow or consider any formalities as she neared the girl. On the other hand, Benedict bowed at her presence, earning a smile from the girl, Eloise rolled her eyes.

"Your Majesty, how long have you been standing here?" he looked at the help, "why have you not directed her to the drawing room with the rest of the family?" he questioned them, Isabela chuckled.

"It is quite alright, I have been here for no longer than a few moments-"

"What brings you here? I do not believe we scheduled to spend time together this day," Eloise wondered, her eyes looking at the girl with concern, "or have we?" she immediately started to freak out, thinking she had forgotten her plans with the girl.

Isabela went to open her mouth to answer all the sudden questions before a voice interrupted her, "pardon my lateness," Daphne said as she walked down the stairs gently, "my mama was speaking some matters out with me," she neared the trio.

Eloise stared at her sister with a frown, while Benedict was still quite mesmerized by the royal that stood before him.

"That is quite alright," Isabela smiled at the girl, she turned to speak to her friend, "We did not make any plans to spend time together today, Miss Bridgerton, although I will be sure to stop by after my promenade with your sister, and we could perhaps go shopping?"
