I've carried a burden,
too long on my own.
Man was never created,
to bear it alone.
I've seen many searching,
for answers far and wide.
But, I know, we're all searching,
for answers only you provide.
Now, remember those walls that we called sin and shame?
They were like prisons that we couldn't escape.
But, he came, and he died, and he rose...
those walls are rubble now.
When all I see is the battle,Father, you see my victory.
When all I see is the mountain,
you see the mountain moved.
Who shakes the whole Earth,
with holy thunder?
He is the king of glory,
the king above all kings.
Though I walk through the valley,
I am safe in your arms.
In the face of life's mysteries,
I will never be afraid.
Lord, you comfort me,
restoring my soul.
Lord, you hide me,
calling me yours.
I hear your invitation,
to let it all go.
Yes, I see it now,
I'm laying it down.
Shine within this broken vessel.
Holy Spirit, fill this place.
Father, please, send revival.
Your presence has set my life ablaze.
What can wash away my sin?Nothing but the blood of Jesus.
What can make me whole again?
Nothing but the blood of Christ.
Let us make room for your spirit,
yes, we make room for you to move.
open my eyes to see your glory,
draw me deeper into you.
Who else would rocks cry out to worship?
Whose glory taught the stars to shine?
I won't have time enough to write a poem to you I'll bring,
yet I have eternity to try.
My heart needs a surgeon...
my soul needs a friend...
