Part 13

Today is the day I'm dreading.
Intense training who even likes that.

I wake up do our morning routine.

I get dressed into my training gear and then head down stairs I sort CJ out let him do his business.

I make us a drink and protein shakes and food for the morning.

"Morning baby, thanks for this" Leah's says while giving me a hug and kiss.

"Morning again babe, your welcome now eat and drink gotta leave soon"

They eat and drink there stuff on the patio set.

Sadie goes through her emails and reply's for a few.

She rides around sorts CJ out so he's okay for the day and then they head of for training.

Once they get to training Katie is waiting for them,

"Heya pals"

"Hey mate" they both say at the same time.

They walk in together and get ready and head out.

They huddle round and listen into Jonas.

"So today is the first day of intense training. We are going to do some fast running, drills and then gym. Finished with bleep test and ice bath"

They all groan and moan.

They all get ready and start doing there drills.

"Aye I'll beat ya at the bleep test later" Katie says

"Yeah if you think so big man"

"Aye I ain't no man I'm a lady"

"If you say so, start acting like one then"

They giggle and carry on.

The stop have a drink and then head to the gym.

They do 2 hours of gym and now it's a sort break and then bleep test.

They head into the hall and get ready.

"You ready pal"

"Yeah don't sweat to much"

"Babe don't over do your self"

"I won't babe"

They run and run few of them are left, Leah, Katie, Caitlin and of course Sadie.

Caitin falls out and then so does Leah but Katie and Sadie carry on.

You can tell that Katie is struggling but carry's on. Then all of a sudden she missed the beep.
So she drops out, then Sadie carry's on for a few more rounds.

"Sadie drop out now"

So Sadie does one more round then calls it quit.

"See told you I always win MATE"

They giggle and walk to the cold freezing ice bath they all get in and actually do the breathing skills and relax.

They all jump out at the buzzers going on.

Head and get changed and go to there cars.

"See you later"

They all say bye back.

Me and Leah head home get greated by CJ that's the best thing ever coming back to your dog getting that excited hello I missed you.

I give him plenty of kisses and hugs and then Chuck his ball for himZ

I get changed and showered and head back down stairs give my boy a treat.

And then Leah joins I stick th washing on.

Leah says she gonna head home to grab some more of her stuff. So I give her my spare key and tell her to keep it and use it when ever she wants as she's always at mine any ways.
She lives in a small apartment and my house is massive so yano I think that's why every one comes here and loves it here.

I get ready and start to cook some dinner for me and Leah and CJ some chicken and rice to.

Leah comes back and heads up stairs with her stuff and unpacks and comes down with some flowers.

"Here I got you these babe"

"Thanks baby, my favourite"

Sadie gives her a quick kiss.

They eat food and then cuddle up watching tv due to being tired and achy due to there day and got one more day tomorrow. Then a day off and then match day.

They nod off on the sofa and get woken by CJ barking at them.

"Wanna walk my boy"

"Come on then"

CJ grabs his lead and takes it to Leah.

"I see how it it"

They laugh.

They walk to the park and play fetch and head back a hour and half later.

They lock up and head to bed they brush there teeth use the toilet and get changed for bed.
They watch some more of there series that Katie recommended.

And didn't realise but fell asleep.
Dreading for another day of intense training.
