I wake up and look at my phone it says 8:15am.

I can hardly ever sleep in.

I get up do my routine.

Head down stairs and I find Gio in the kitchen trying to figure out my coffee machine.

CJ is in the garden chasing any thing he can including his own shadow.

"You need help mate?"

"Yes please, I tried but it's confusing"

"I'll show you"

I show her and we make a couple of coffees and some breakfast and head to sit in the garden.

Yea of course I've sorted CJ out, he's happy munching away.
He loves his food bless him.

"What's your plans for today?" Sadie asks

"Got few errands to run and few people to see have a catch up! What about you? "

"Fair enough, got to take my boy for a walk in a bit, get back then head out to do some shopping and then washing and house stuff. Chill kind of day for me because of the match tomorrow! Then probably meet up with few girls at the usual place with the dogs later"

"Sounds fun"

I tidy away and head upstairs.

I stick some shorts and top on and head down stairs I Chuck my shoes on and call CJ.

I get him strapped into his harness and head out.

"Come on boy, where we going today?"

He barks and leads the way.

We always go to this big filed and little forest bit on the first walk so he can get a stick and have fun running around.

He's off chasing his stick.

K- hey where you at?

S- at she field and forest bit why?

K- just wondered, you still up for meeting us all later?

S- yeah of course chill time before tomorrow aye.

K- yeah but...

S- but what.

K- Leah is coming, she's spoken to us all this morning and explained. I think you need to hear her out at some point.

S- why? She hurt me!

K- mate I no, but there is a reason behind it.

S- yeah, bye.

Sadie hangs up.

We carry on our walk.

And I'm half way back now.

I headed toward the cafe and get my self a water and CJ a pup cup.

We all home and sit in the garden while he enjoys his pup cup.

I head shopping.

"Heyy you"

"Hey Russo, you stalking me?"

"No needed to shop"

"Same, you coming to eve park later?"

"Yeah, looking forward to it"

"See you later"

I finished up and head back home.

I do the house work and have lunch and then hang the washing out.

It's currently 3:45 so I get CJ's bag ready and stick it in the car and then load the car with some balls and a football and some snacks etc.

We head out and park up at the park.

"Hey my boy" Katie says to CJ

Caitlin and Leah helps me with the bags I give them a little smile.

They sit down but I just walk round playing ball with CJ.

"Hey can I join?" Leah said

"Sure"

We play ball with CJ and it brings back happy memories that j miss.

"You no me and Gio are just friends and roomies right?"

"Yeah I no, just let me no when your ready to talk"

" will do"

we carry on playing and then sit down for a drink.

After a couple of hours we head home.

I head for a shower and then feed CJ.

I have one of my meal prep.

Tidy up and lock up and head for bed.

We're playing Tottenham at home tomorrow!

I set my alarm and head to bed.
