[ Sat, April 27th 7:27 AM ] Birch Heights Apartments
Aria woke up out of bed wrapping her silk robe around her waist a bit tighter. then quietly sneaked her way out of the room trying not to wake a still sleepy Parish , she then peered her head towards her picture window of her kitchen while she turned on her keurig to make a hot mug of her favorite coffee.
She admired the view out side of her window
The sky was a grayish blue and only a couple of clouds were scattering the sky the trees outside across the street we're rustling from the cool breeze.
Aria took her mug of coffee and walked over to her living room and seated down on her sofa waiting for her teletherapy session over the phone with Dr. Jules
50 Mins later [ 8:17 AM ]
After her early morning phone session with Dr. Jules Aria felt 15 times lighter , they decided what the best options would be for her and her unborn child Dr. Jules decided that she no longer wanted Aria to have to rely on her sleeping pills nor her antidepressants because she thought that would be the best decision for them, seeing that Aria has already been doing okay with out taking them as often as she used too but Dr. Jules reminded Aria that she wanted her to keep continuing sessions with her as well as to keep track of her progress, that made Aria feel at ease with those changes.
Once Aria finished her mug of coffee she walked over to her stainless steel sink of her kitchen to wash it then hung it on her dish rack to dry . she then made her way into the bathroom to freshen her self up a bit in the shower
Once she was done showering Aria then discreetly made her way back into her bedroom to take her clothes out of her closet , her feet gentled pitter-patter against the floor boards of her waxed hard wood bedroom floors, causing them to gently creek beneath her feet She grabbed everything she needed quickly as she seen Parish tossing around In his sleep .
She left the room closing the glass French doors to her bedroom behind her quietly she then made her way to the bathroom to get dressed.

Aria's OOTD (outfit of the day)
Once Aria was finally dressed for the day she sat on the couch scrolling through her instagram page. When she reached the end of her page she noticed a couple of old photos of her and her parents, Aria started to feel a bit emotional since she hasn't seen them since she left her hometown all the emotions that she learnt to bottle up over the years seem too suddenly pour right over her leaving her in tears wondering what her parents were doing now or if they even ever thought about her or tried to reach out too her again.
Something was telling Aria to try and reach out again something she hasn't thought of doing in a while due to being afraid of them rejection her again.
