Call the cops Sam ordered as she tries not to clench her fists.

Will do the bartender said as he dialed 911.

Give me my phone Benson she demanded.

Fight me Freddie says as he shoved Sam again.

Sam lunges backward but manages to catch her balance as, she was shocked at Freddie's behavior.

I'm not going to fight you stop acting like a child and give me my phone.

Freddie laughed as Sam called him a child.

I'm not going to ask you again give me my fucking phone Sam screamed.

Just as she yelled the cops arrived.

You really called the cops on me Freddie yelled!

No I did the bar tender snapped.

What seems to be the problem here the officer asked?

This man has been causing a disturbance and refuses to give this lady her phone back the bar tender explained.

Sam also states that Freddie has been drinking heavily as well.

Mr. Benson please hand over the phone the officer ordered.

Freddie rolled his eyes towards the officer and handed him the phone.

Thank you, the officer, said as he passed the phone to Sam.

Whatever Freddie mumbles.

Well sir it's time for you to leave the bar the office said as he got out his handcuffs.

Wait your going to send him to jail Sam panics.

He's just going to be in a holding cell until a family member picks him up the officer explained.

Freddie can't go to jail he won't survive he's a fragile little man Sam tells the officer.

Freddie laughed as he missed Sam's snarky comebacks towards him.

I promise you he's just going to be in a holding cell while waiting for family the officer re-explained.

Can I come with Sam asked as she was concerned.

I'm guessing you know him don't you the officer asked?

Yes, he's my best friend he's struggling right now which is why he's been acting so off I need to be there for him Sam pleaded.

You can come with the officer said as he hulled Freddie out of the bar.

As, Sam left the bar with Freddie she sent a quick text to both Carly and, Spencer.

The two got into the back of the cop car and, road down to the Seattle police station.

Meanwhile back at home Carly was pacing the floor as she received a text.

Girl you're going to wear out the carpet with all that pacing Spencer said as his phone went off as well.

Freddie's in jail Carly screamed!

Nah, really Freddie are you sure Sam isn't messing with you Spencer said as he then looked at his phone to see his text.

Nope he's really in jail for refusing to give Sam her phone and, inciting violence and, causing a disturbance with bar patrons Spencer said as he read the text.

That's not like him that's a Sam thing Carly said as she cried.

He wouldn't last an hour in their we have to go pick him up Carly panicked.

This is going to sound harsh but maybe Freddie needs to spend a little time in jail Spencer said.

What are you crazy we have to get him Carly screams!

Freddie needs to learn he can't keep doing these things when life gets complicated Carly and, as his wife you also have to be the one to say enough is enough Spencer explained.

You want me to give up on him he already doesn't trust me now he's just going to think I abandoned him Carly yelled!

You can't keep allowing him to get away with this behavior Carly you have to give him a little bit of tough love Spencer debates.

As, Carly and, Spencer had a disagreement Millicent could hear the noise upstairs regardless of her white noise machine running.

She took off her sleeping mask and, got out of bed in a huff.

Hey, I'm trying to catch my beauty sleep someone has school tomorrow Millicent snapped!

Sorry kiddo Spencer apologized.

Yeah, where really sorry Millicent Carly says softly as she holds back tears.

What's going Millicent asked as she could feel tension in the room.

Kiddo you're dad's in jail Spencer announced.
