"Harlequin ? Are you there ?" Diane yelled, he hadn't come back in the tavern the whole day and that started to worry her. "Harlequin ??" She yelled again, still no response. She started to panick slightly, she went deeper to the forest feeling more panicked the more step that she take.
She continue to yell his name but still no response.
After a little while she arrived at a little place in the forest where a lot of trees were around a lake, there was also a waterfall and some birds were singing on some trees. She was about to leave the place when she heard some snoring, she went where the sound was coming from and she smiled sweetly at what she was seeing.
It was just her boyfriend, that had fallen asleep on his sacred treasure. Diane smiled softly and went to approach him, she sat next to her boyfriend and stroke his hair gently, doing her best to not wake him up. She chuckle softly when she saw that he had snuggle closer to her when she sat next to him.
She continue to look at him as he sleep peacefully, pulling him closer to make his head lay down on her lap.
"I guess I panicked for nothing.." She said jockingly. She continue to stroke his hair as she didn't wanted to wake him up as she know that he may not have gotten a lot of sleep this night.
She lay down next to him and pull him closer to her. She sniffle his hair gently as she wrap her arms around his waist.
"Cute..." She said as she close her eyes slowly, continuing to sniffle his hair as she caress his waist gently, trying not to wake him up. "Sleep tight my dear..have sweet dreams..."
She pull him closer until his head was nuzzling in her neck, she giggle softly and place a delicate kiss on his forehead before feeling sleepy herself and starting to drift off to sleep.
