"okay i just texted clara and maddie and they said they are on their way to your house right now." i said buckling my seatbelt. "great." matt said handing me his phone. "thanks, what do you wanna listen to?" i asked taking his phone and unlocking it. "whatever you want to, how about some new taylor songs?" he asked as he pulled out of the drive way. "oooh yes!" i smiled as i typed one of the best taylor songs in the search bar. i pressed play as the intro started i smiled and looked out the window. i started to sing along. "your ex-friends sister, met someone at a club and he kissed her. turns out it was that guy you hooked up with ages ago, some wanna be z lister..."
third person:
matt looked at ame as she sang along to the song. her beautiful voice rang throughout the car as he drove her to the house. they drove the short drive and were eventually at the house, it looked like maddie and clara were already there. he got out of the car and opened her door. they walked inside the house and saw everyone sitting on the couch talking. the talking stopped as soon as the walked up the stairs.
"hi." ame smiled as she walked to the group, matt walked behind her. "hiii!" nick said getting up and dragging out the 'i'. "its so nice to meet you!" ame hugged nick. matt smiled at the two of them interacting. then he realixed he was staring and walked over to maddie and clara. they all said hello to eachother and sat down and tried to figute out what to do. "okay sooo whats the plan?" maddie asked. she and chris were sitting by eachother and clara next to nick and of course ame and matt sat togrther. they al acted as if this wasnt the first time ever seeing each other in person. "well i was thinking ice cream then maybe we could watch a movie?" amelie asked. matt smiled at her and turned his head towards the rest of the group and spoke. "that sounds fun." matt said looking at the rest. "i love that." clara said. they all agreed. "okay we can take our car." matt said getting off the couch.
nick looked at chris as he walked out of their house. "kid, what?" chris said. "dont you think its weird matt just decided to pick up ame?" nick said. "i mean yeah, do you think shes the friend he was with yesterday?" chris said before getting in the car. they walked slowly to the car and nick just nodded. the matt drove with ame in the passenger seat since chris wanted to sit next to maddie. nick and clara sat in the last row. "chris sturniolo in the back seat!!! the world is ending!" maddie said laughing with chris. she put her hands on her face to create a shocked expression. "oh my lord! the world stopped spinning!" clara said joining in. they all laughed as they buckled up.
