THIRD PERSON POV
One week later*
To fill you in about what has happened in the past week, Danielle and minji have had moments, such as accidental flirting, accidental flirting and accidental flirting. That's literally all they do.
Anyways, hanni, Danielle, haerin and hyein were talking by the lockers while waiting for the next period to start, since it's the only class they share together. The bell rang and they all walked to class and sat in their assigned seats which were in the back;
Danielle and hanni were next to each other and the other two were in front of them.
The teacher started the lesson, causing Danielle to get bored. She hated math so much and she only knew a few things about it. A week ago when she answered the question with ease was the only time she paid attention in class. So she decided to not waste her time paying attention to class because she would just forget everything the next day.
Anyways, it's been atleast 30 minutes and class is almost over but before the bell rang, the teacher had an announcement to make.
"Before you go there is just one thing I have to say; You are going to have an exam next Monday and it's going to be worth 30% of your final grade; so you better study very well or you will probably fail" announced mrs. Myoui.
Everyone in the class groaned in irritation and annoyance, including the four girls. "But we just started the school year how will this determine my final grade" whined hanni. "Hanni we're almost done with the school year what are you yapping about" said hyein. "Hey don't talk to my girlfriend like that" said haerin, defending hanni as hyein rolled her eyes.
"Umm, Guys I don't know how to study on my own" said Danielle, with worry and fear in her voice. "Sounds like a you problem" said hanni. "How about, hmm.....OH I KNOW! Ask minji to help you!" Replied hyein. "What if she's as dumb as me?" asked Danielle. "I'm sure no one can be as dumb as you" said haerin as Danielle hit her hard on the shoulder making her wince in pain.
"Anyways let's go I'm so hungry"
Said hyein as she walked out of the class room followed by the other three. They all walked into the cafeteria, each got their tray of food and sat on their usual table.
"So what has been going on between you and minji? I always see you both flirting with each other" said hanni, forming a smirk on her face. "Nothing's been going on between us. Flirting is normal, like I always flirt with you as a joke so it's the same with minji" Danielle answered.
"But the amount of times you flirt with minji is more than the amount of times you have flirted with all of us combined" said hyein. Danielle was shocked. Had they been flirting that much?
"Let's change the subject. How are you and leeseo, hyein?" asked Danielle. "Oh we're great! It's our one week anniversary so I'm taking her out to the carnival that opened today" said hyein, happily. "Wait me and hanni are gonna go there today too" said haerin. "Omg Danielle how about you come too! It'll be a triple date!" Suggested hanni excitedly. "But that's a double date and I would be the 5th wheel" replied danielle. "No, silly. minji will be there so she'll be your date!" Said hanni.
"Omg I love how you think" said Danielle as she high fived hanni. "Let's agree to meet up at 7pm today; each one with their girlfriend" said hyein. Everyone nodded in agreement as the bell rang and they all went to their separate classes.
Time skip to 6:45pm at danielle's house*
Danielle went to minji to tell her that they would be going somewhere in 15 minutes. "Minji, I'm supposed to meet up with my friends at the carnival that just opened in 15 minutes" informed Danielle. "Alright I'll go get dressed" said minji as she ran upstairs to her room.
Danielle sat on the couch in the living room, waiting for minji. She heard footsteps coming downstairs and she saw minji walking down the stairs. She was checking her out. 'She looks so good in her suit' thought Danielle.
"Are you ready to go now?" Asked minji, causing Danielle to come back to reality. "Yea, let's go" said Danielle as she got up from the couch And followed minji through the door.
At the carnival*
DANIELLE POV
Me and minji got out of the car and walked towards the entrance of the place. I was looking around for my friends when i noticed a tall figure from afar. 'That's definitely hyein' I thought to myself as i ran to where hyein was causing minji to run after me.
"Hey!" I greeted as i approached them. "We've been waiting fo- what's up with her?" Asked hanni as she pointed at minji who was out of breath. "Oh, sorry" I said, letting out a giggle. Suddenly, we heard victory music from the game behind us; haerin turned around with a huge plushie she had won for hanni. "Thank you so much!" Said hanni with excitement in her voice as she hugged haerin and took the stuffed toy from her arms.
We were walking around looking for games to play as i spotted a stand where they sold keychains. I walked towards it looking at the keychains and there were two keychains that caught my eye. They were matching. One of them had a dog on it and the other one had a bear.
"How much for these two?" I asked the seller. "They're 7 dollars each" replied the seller. I handed the woman a 20 dollar bill and asked her to keep the rest as a tip. I'm going to keep the other keychain until i get a chance to give it to minji.
Anyways we continued walking when hanni suddenly stopped and pointed at a rollercoaster. "You wanna ride that?" Asked haerin. "Yes please!" Answered hanni. "Let's go with them" said hyein to leeseo as they followed the other two. "Can we ride it with them?" I asked minji. She gulped in fear as she hesitantly nodded. We payed for the ride as we got on, each couple next to each other.
The ride started and every one was screaming with excitement except minji, she screamed in fear. The ride kept moving for two laps i think until it stopped. We all got down and everyone was laughing at how fun it was, but i noticed minji was sweating. "Come on, you're a bodyguard but you're scared of roller coasters?" I said while laughing. "Stop it!" Whined minji. "Fine!" I said as I stopped laughing.
