- Night Shifts -
"Yerin" Mr. Kim shouted from his office.
Yerin groans as she stands up as she was busy washing the convenience store windows. She drops the wet cloth into the bucket full of water and spray for the window. She walks past the counter, the coffee & chocolate aisle as she opens his office door.
Yerin's head peeked in as she faintly said, "Yes, Mr. Kim" as she walks in and close the door for privacy. "I need you to clean the bloodstains of the floors. And welcome back to work" Mr. Kim smiled as he looked at Yerin and went back to doing his work on the computer.
"Ah, yes. It is good to be back Mr. Kim" Yerin politely bowed as she opened the door and closing it. She quickly took the mop and a brush as she went to clean the bloodstains off from the floor.
After cleaning the blood, she returned to washing the windows. It felt like hours had passed as her muscles began to cramp. "Ow, my shoulders," Yerin winced, holding and stretching her shoulders. Soobin, who was behind the counter, walked up to her. "Are you okay, Yerin?" Soobin asked as he approached her pained figure.
"No, my muscles cramped up from washing the windows," Yerin said, wincing as she massaged her sore shoulders. She felt a hand on her back as he began to gently massage her cramped shoulder.
"Is it better now?" Soobin asked Yerin as he messages her shoulders. "Yup, all better" Yerin said as she gently removed his hands from her shoulders. Yerin takes the bucket to the back and cleaning supplies as she was annoyed.
"Why do I need to wash the windows, Mr. Kim? Do I look like Cinderella to you?" Yerin muttered under her breath but was loud enough for Soobin to hear. Soobin laughed. Yerin turned around annoyed "Don't laugh" Yerin spat.
Soobin could only laugh more. "This is serious Soobin" Yerin whined as she pouted at him. Soobin stopped laughing as he saw her pout. Soobin approached her figure. "Okay, but seriously stop pouting or you will attract men with those pouty lips of yours" Soobin said as he made the blub with her lips.
"Soobin stops touching my lips" Yerin shouted at her co-worker. Soobin stopped as he turned around going behind the counter to pay customers items, leaving Yerin dumbfounded and making her blush as her heart started to beat faster.
There is no way I'm liking him, right?...
Yerin went back to staking things on the aisles that needed restocking. "Why is this night shift so long" Yerin shouted loud enough for Soobin and the customer to hear. "Must be a tough night" the costumer said as he eyed the girl disappearing through the aisles.
Soobin ignored his comment as he didn't hear him, because of the till machine. Soobin scanned his last item as he gives the customer his pay total. Soobin stopped midway as he recognizes the customer but gave him anyway.
"Here is your play slip, Mr. Na," Soobin said, swallowing hard. Jaemin noticed the boy's trembling figure and smirked. "Thank you, I'll pay for you next time," Jaemin said flirtatiously as he took the items and left the store, sending Soobin a playful flying kiss.
Soobin was disgusted. "Did he just blow you a flying kiss?" Mr. Kim asked.
"He sure did" Soobin said getting back to work unbothered.
The meeting was adjured hours ago. Jaemin came through the kitchen door with the groceries as he sat them down. "Who is going to help me unpack the groceries?" Jaemin asked, eyeing the members who was spread out like wildfire.
