It had been a year since Y/N first stepped into Avengers Tower. The building, once intimidating and foreign, now felt like home. The Avengers had become more than just teammates—they were family.

The morning started like any other, with Y/N joining the team in the kitchen for breakfast. Tony was, as usual, engrossed in his latest gadget, tinkering with a holographic projection while balancing a coffee cup in his other hand. Steve was flipping pancakes, his all-American charm on full display.

"Morning, sunshine," Tony greeted without looking up. "Sleep well?"

"Like a rock," Y/N replied, grabbing a mug and pouring some coffee. "What's on the agenda today?"

"Training, as always," Steve said, sliding a stack of pancakes onto a plate. "But Clint mentioned something about a surprise?"

Clint sauntered in, a mischievous grin on his face. "I did, didn't I? You'll have to wait and see."

Y/N rolled their eyes playfully. "You and your surprises, Barton. Should I be worried?"

"Only if you don't like fun," Clint shot back, grabbing a pancake and folding it in half before taking a big bite.

Natasha joined them, a smirk playing on her lips. "He's been planning this for weeks. I think you'll like it."

After breakfast, they headed to the training facility. It was a bit more relaxed on this particular day, with less formal drills and more camaraderie. Y/N sparred with Natasha, their movements a synchronized dance of skill and strategy.

"You've gotten a lot better," Natasha noted, dodging a punch and countering with a swift kick. "I'm impressed."

"Thanks," Y/N panted, blocking her kick and trying to sweep her legs. "You're not going easy on me, are you?"

"Never," Natasha said with a grin, easily avoiding the sweep and tapping Y/N's shoulder. "Point for me."

They moved to weapons training, where Clint had set up an elaborate obstacle course. It was part training, part challenge, and part fun—typical Clint.

"Alright, team," Clint announced, clapping his hands together. "Today's mission is to navigate the course and hit every target. Fastest time wins."

"Is there a prize?" Tony asked, already calculating his strategy.

"Bragging rights," Clint replied. "And maybe a surprise at the end."

The course was intense but exhilarating. Y/N found themselves laughing alongside their teammates as they tackled each obstacle. Tony's witty commentary, Steve's competitive spirit, Natasha's effortless agility, and Clint's infectious enthusiasm made the whole experience unforgettable.

By the time they finished, they were all breathless and grinning. Clint revealed the surprise—a cookout on the rooftop, complete with a barbecue and a stunning view of the city skyline.

As the sun set, casting a warm glow over the city, the Avengers gathered around the grill. Steve took charge of the cooking, while Tony set up a makeshift sound system, playing a mix of classic rock and current hits.

Y/N looked around at their friends, feeling a deep sense of contentment. They shared stories and jokes, the bonds they'd formed over the past year evident in every laugh and smile.

"So, Y/N," Tony said, handing them a plate of grilled veggies. "How does it feel to be a full-fledged Avenger?"

"Pretty amazing," Y/N admitted, taking a bite. "I couldn't ask for a better team."

"Family," Steve corrected, flipping a burger. "We're family."

Natasha raised her glass. "To family."

"To family," they all echoed, clinking their glasses together.

As the night wore on, Y/N found themselves reflecting on the journey that had brought them here. From the initial nervousness to the intense training sessions, to the countless missions, and now to this moment of camaraderie and joy—it had been a wild ride.

And it was just the beginning.
