And the hate when India lost the first match, even though Shubman was the highest run-scorer that day! Everyone was saying Shubman shouldn't have been the captain, that this or that person should have been chosen instead.
In the second match, when India won but Shubman didn't score well, people started bringing up his stats and comparing him with XYZ players. In the third match, when Shub scored more than half a century, they called him a selfish player and captain, questioning his strike rate. But today, in the fourth test, with his strike rate on point and another half-century to his name, India won without losing a wicket. Haters have no reason to spread negativity about Shubman now. How sad for them 😎🤣.
I'm over the moon right now! Shubman, as captain, has won the series and yet isn't satisfied, saying there's another match to win tomorrow. That's the mark of a true captain.
