In a small hotel in Fontaine, a tall man with blond hair reaching his shoulders, had assistance to bring in his stuff to his hotel room. An young adult younger than him had his burgundy hair tied up but still tickling the back of his neck. The younger one had a big box full of expensive mechanisms, while the blondie held the other one."You really went to the undercity to get these? Were you afraid?" The young adult asked. The blondie turns his head to the right looking a little lower, and his hair swaying a little. "A little danger is worth the risk, don't you think?" As the young one smiled, one of the items from his box was able to makes its way out of it as it falls to the ground.
"Careful, that's your parents money you're dropping." The blondie said, his lips stretching upwards into a smile. He takes his key for the hotel room, putting it through the keyhole and turning it by the left. But, the door was jammed. Trying to pull the door knob down, it still didn't work. He can hear whispers and other pairs of feet from his room.
"Hello?" The man was concerned, yet worried. "Is someone in there?" He asked. When he saw a silhouette dash from the door, he drops his personal things to open the door. "Hey, open up!"
The man lays his soft hair behind his shoulders, he started banging the door with his shoulder. The young burgundy realized what he was doing, noticing something was wrong by the second. Before he can kick the door open, purple electric and smoke burst the door open with full force.
The blondie had his back land roughly on someone else's door. He was too dizzy to stand up while he groans from the pain, putting his palm on his forehead. The silhouette near the door was a little more clear now. He can see a boy with a long braid running in the smoke.
His body started to feel heavy, falling on the floor laying on his side, while hearing the boy call his name. "Kaveh...Kaveh!"
Back then...
Kaveh and his mother held each other as they drag their legs from the sand. The sandy storm made it digging to open their eyes, even for just a second. His mother unfortunately collapsed, Kaveh's heart was beating so fast as he started panicking. "Mom!"
Kaveh gets on his knees. He pushes her body back and forth, but not even her fingers twitched. She was completely unconscious. "Help...Help! Please, help us! Please!" He begged. An unknown man with a staff appears from the storm. Because of his hood, Kaveh couldn't see his face.
A cyan jewel floats in his hand as the man took a few steps away. Kaveh reaches out for him. "No, wait." Kaveh covers his eyes with his arm, because of bright lighting coming from this man's powers. He started swaying his staff, creating many different shapes.
Unknown language was forming in a circle around him as the cyan jewel was still floating on his hand. All of this magic cause a cyan colored thunder strike to come down upon the three. Kaveh and his unconscious mother started floated, flying who knows where.
Kaveh stands close to his unconscious mother as they started flying through colors of the galaxy. Next thing he knew, his eyes were closed. He was fast asleep. Kaveh slowly opens his heavy eye lids with bright sunlight shining from above. Something smell nice and refreshing...Flowers?
A small, white butterfly was flying near the white flowers Kaveh was sleeping on. Kaveh's mother also wakes up from her slumber. The man in the hood was standing by, staring at the blue sky. "How?" He managed to ask, completely out of loss for words.
The hooded man gives him the jewel that's now in a dull color. The magic inside of it must've been gone from what he's done for the two. Kaveh smiles while looking at the dull jewel in his hands, now wondering if he can do just that of what the unknown man has done to save him and his mother.
