My World is Ending💔

Death is an unexplainable thing, you could be perfectly healthy one minute and dead the next, but grief, greif is even more unexplainable and when her little brother passed away, Carina couldn't explain what she was feeling.

(Flashback)
As the siblings walked through the train station, Andrew made his way to go find Opal while Carina hung back so she was safe as Andrew put it.
Not too long later Carina was walking to find her brother when she found him on the groud bleeding out, she put preasure on the wound and starting crying for help, there was nothing else she could do.
Not long after the team caught Opal they went through the station to make sure the DeLuca siblings were safe.

(Maya's POV)
As I walked into the train station I saw my girlfriend knelt down next to her brother, Andrew, crying for help, as the rest of the team made their way over with medical supplies and a gurney, I had to physically pry Carina off of her brother.
The scene in itself was so heartbreaking and I didn't know how to help my girlfriend.

2 weeks later...

(Carina's POV)
"H-help!! Help!" constantly replayed in my mind and I didn't know how to make it stop.
I can't sleep, every time I close my eyes I see my little brothers lifeless body, and I haven't eaten either, I don't deserve to... Andrea is dead because of me.
As I sit in the shower, trying to get some sleep, like a crazy person, Maya walks in,
"Oh." was all she said
"I know this looks crazy I'm sorry" I replied weakly
Maya got into the shower and held me close "Don't apologize, my love, I'm here for you"
"Too soft" i whispered
Maya was confused so I explained to her that when something was too soft I cried, and I couldn't cry anymore because its exhausting.

(Maya's POV)
Carina hasn't eaten and I don't know what to do, I feel like shes pushing me away but I know she doesn't mean it.
She had to call her Papa the other day to tell him the news but he already knew and Carina was so upset. Shes been saying that she wants to- no, needs to scream but she just can't so today I brought her down to the station.

(Carina's POV)
Maya brought me to the station tonight, I don't really know why though, I'd much rather be in bed but whatever.
She leads me to the firetrucks and now I'm really confused,
"Maya what're we doing??" I ask but she doesnt respond and instead she turns on the sirens "Scream." was all she said,
"What no...I-I can't" I replied even more tired than before, she didn't seem to care though and repeated the word "Scream."
She stares at me for a good 30 seconds and then she herself began screaming, I began to walk away as she screaming for a second time and I just broke down and screamed at the top of my lungs.

(Maya's POV)
I got her to scream but now shes burried her face in my neck and is crying, after comforting her for a few minuties I can barely make out the words "I wanna go home" that left my beautiful girlfriends lips.
She was still crying, but silently, as I drove her home and as soon as we got into the apartment she went to our shared bedroom and I decided to hang back and make her some tea because while she was eating, she wasn't drinking as much and I knew that she must've been thirsty from all the crying.
As I walk into our bedroom I see that shes finally sleeping so I set the tea down and hop into bed, hoping that she'd feel better in the morning.
