Sharp pains in my side wake me. It didn't hurt but was more like an annoying throbbing. The more it kept happening the more pissed I was becoming. Opening my eyes I look at a monstrous lizard looking thing prodding me in my side with a long stick that has electric currents coming from it.
I back up and feel myself becoming angry. "Where am I and who the hell are you"?
The electricity in my veins is absorbed as the pain wakes me in ways I've never felt before. Pulling the prod towards me I speak in words unfamiliar to me. Growls and clicks that seem to be instinctive flow out of me. How long have I been out?

(Flashback)
I had been given information about my parents before I was taken. In the seventeen years I had been alive for I experienced a life of hell only to be possessed by a dark fox spirit. My best friend turned werewolf turned asshole. The only life I had known came to a halt when I found that my parents hadn't in fact been my parents but surrogates for two strangers who had gone into space to fight in a war protecting the galaxy from beings intent on destroying our planet. No offense but with the current state of it our planet could do with a hostile takeover. It would at least give the different countries a chance to work together for a change. I'm speaking from a civilian's point of view of course.
From another point of view I hadn't been thinking clearly when i found myself exiled after being taken over from a darker version of myself that had split from me. After defeating it I found and kept hidden that it wasn't actually dead but had unintentionally broken a barrier meant to prevent me from knowing the truth of myself. In doing so the dark fox demon had returned to the deepest parts of my subconscious. When I was was interrogated by the pack and forced to endured their unique form of torture I felt it take on the same pain like a brother. The pain was brutal but I found the nogitsunes presence a comforting one. When my exile was all but confirmed and my family gone I found myself alone. Afterwards with only a few hours to say goodbye to my father I found news that would change the course my life and still the nogitsune stayed with me. When I left that home in which I had only known it continued offering me the comfort and strength I needed to make it out side the towns borders. Once I had driven outside the range of the wolves territory I got out of Roscoe and cried till I couldn't any longer no longer and unknowingly howled my own mournful wail of sorrow. As I cried my last tears I returned to my car and set off for the coordinates my father had given to me.
I found a greater adventure waited for me what I didn't expect was that adventure to transport me into space as an Heir in exile)

Present....10 years later

Unknown voice:
Prisoner.......wake up filth it's your big day. The system is about to have one less criminal in it. Too bad we can't have you fight to the death like the warriors on my planet. You win you get your chance at freedom.

Stiles pov.
"I'm going to ask one more time how long have I been out."
Opening my eyes was a mistake. I close them again it helps but I have to rely on my other senses and they aren't much better. (I'm not one to give up not by a long shot. I didn't become exiled just to die in what ever hell I woke up in.
The creature in front of me remains quiet while I wait my anger only growing. The first things my eyes see are hazy shapes but that probably has something to do with the massive headache plowing through my head at the moment. Looking around I try to pinpoint something as a point of origin but it's too dark. Whatever light there is, is too far away.
My body is killing me. It's like I got hit by a truck.
Im pretty sure I have a few broken ribs that need to be set.

"I'm waiting for your answer"
"How long have I been out for"?

As my eyes start to focus I make barely make out bars of a doorway and the figurative outline of a some kind of being standing on the other side of the poor excuse for a door. One thing going for me was the fact that I was holding a staff emitting currents of electricity while the being on the other end was unsure  of what to make of the situation.

"I'm going to ask again and this time you better answer me cause we both know that your little stick is now pointless I've absorbed all of it power and I'm greatful for the meal but now to get back to business.

I believe I asked you a question?
