CHAPTER 6

It was a beautiful morning as the two teenagers walked on the moist ground.

It had rained last night and both Mitsuri and Obanai decided that it would be a great time to hang out since the weekend had got to a start.

The two decided to visit a café just around the corner and now they Obanai is staring at Mitsuri in awe as the emerald-eyed girl was devouring all the food she bought.

And it was a lot of food.

But who was he to say anything?

It was her eating habits, let her eat what she wants to eat.

Who was he to say shit about it?

As they walked, their hands brushed against one another, making both of them jump.

Obanai got flustered, and Mitsuri felt an emotion that the male couldn't really understand.

Like, he didn't know what she was expressing.

But then, he was forced to put the thought to the back of his mind as Mitsuri returned back to her bubbly cheery behaviour.

The next day at school, there was a school assembly saying that they were going to have an activity to represent kindness to one another.

Back in class, they were told to stand infront of one another, and complement the one standing infront of you.

Ironically, Obanai and Giyuu stood infront of one another.

And when it came to their turn to complement one another, Giyuu and Obanai's kinda went blank.

"Tomioka-san, I think you look cool." Obanai finally said.

But Giyuu's head went completely empty in just in a matter of seconds.

But then, one of the other kids in the class spoke up. [Giyuu didn't know this guy whatsoever]

"Hey, Tomioka! You tell him that he's the opposite of cool! Tell him he's hot!" He said, the class ended up erupting in laughter for a little while.

After whatever the fuck that was, they settled in class and continued on with their studies.

During lunch though, drama erupted.

"Are you flirting with my girlfriend?" Taro asked Obanai.

That's right, Obanai was sitting with Mitsuri after Giyuu and the others dared him to do so.

"I don't know, am I? Mitsuri, am I flirting with you?" Obanai responds.

"Oh he's not flirting with me, we're just friends Taro!" Mitsuri says.

"Just friends my ass. My sister found the two of you on a date yesterday morning!" Said Taro.

"Oh my god, we just ran into one another and talked in a café! It's your ass that's making it sound weird!" Obanai said, frustrated now.

Then suddenly, Obanai felt a sharp pain to his cheek.

Did this bitch just slap him?

What was this, middle school?

For him to slap Obanai just for talking to his girlfriend?

Obanai then gave a death stare so 'powerful' that it made the whole cafeteria shut up and pay attention to what's going on.

And just when Taro was gonna hit Obanai again, a scarred hand grabbed Taro's.

"Shinazugawa, what the fuck?! Let go of me!" Taro screamed.

"You're the one trying to beat up a friend of mine, I think I have a right to stop your slutty ass from getting your hands on him again." Sanemi responded.
