Jungkook found Jin with a matching look of satisfaction on his face as he himself undoubtedly portrayed. He slapped him against the shoulder as they left the party. When they were out of hearing range, he turned to Jin. "You had a good prey from what I saw. Did she give you a hard time in the end?"

Jin's eyes glimmered. "Well, something definitely became hard." He chuckled. "But you know me, I do like it that way. How about you?"

Jungkook rolled his eyes. "The girl didn't put up much of a fight, so I went for it. But as soon as we started kissing, she wanted me to stop. So, I just took what I needed and dismissed her."

"So, no party down below?" Jin asked and Jungkook shook his head. "Well, if you want I have some energy left. Once we get home, I'll be more than happy to-"

Jungkook groaned. "I'm not yet ready to go home. My thirst hasn't been satisfied yet. Even though I would rather go home and take a shower, I think it's best to use the rest of this night to find another one." He looked at Jin, seeing the smug look on his face. "I bet she gave you what you wanted?"

Jin grinned. "Oh yes. She gave me everything I wanted, without much hesitation. But I must admit, I am surprised you couldn't get your girl to do it with you. I thought girls can't say no to 'the look'."

Jungkook rolled his eyes.

"You have a real winner with those eyes of yours. Once they lock eyes with you, you got them right there in your hand. To squeeze the life right out of them. You are a born vampire, gifted with those rare blue eyes of yours. Whoever turned you knew what they were doing."

Jungkook turned to Jin, punching him against his shoulder. "Don't talk about that asshole!" he yelled at him, as Jin tumbled backwards.

"Jeez Jungkook! What the HELL is your problem?!"

"You know I hate it when you bring him into the conversation!" he shouted as Jin got back on his feet again.

"Well, excuse me, mister-I-am-too-sensitive-when-it-comes-to-the-one-who-turned me," Jin sneered. "Stop living in the past, man! This was 30 years ago and you get to live, looking young forever thanks to that guy. Accept the fact that he did you a fucking favor!"

Jungkook's eyes pierced into his, blazing with anger. He shook his head and he started to walk away from Jin.

Jin dusted of his clothes. "Look at my clothes, man! You have any idea how expensive these are?"

"Does it look like I fucking care?!" Jungkook shouted over his shoulder.

Jin jogged after him, until he was next him. "Hey, let's just forget it, alright?" he said. "Didn't you say that guy was dead? So, stop being so defense about this. He's gone."

Jungkook sighed. He stopped walking and turned to look at the sea and the moon that shone brightly in the dark above it.

Some ten years ago, he heard about a red-haired guy trying to seduce a police officer. The description was spot on. Same way of seduction, but whereas he'd become victim to him, the police officer had fired a bullet into his brain. The news spoke about the case as being strange because the red-haired guy had dissolved into dust after being killed. If it wasn't for several witness accounts, the police officer would've been scolded, maybe even lost his job, over a made-up story.

Jungkook sighed. Jin was right. There was no need to keep holding on to that frustration. "Sorry," he muttered.

Jin slung his arm around his shoulder. "I know this wasn't the life you wanted for yourself," he said. "But think of it this way; you get to live with me. We get to fuck the hottest girls and guys out here and also drink their blood. I mean, that girl you had just now. Bet her blood tasted delicious eh?"
