Amelia pov:

I was back in Barcelona. My job as a psychotherapist was back. The new season was on its way and me and Tina were doing check ups on the players who were already on the pitch training. Some of them of course.

The euro final was in 4 days! Sadly I wouldn't be there to support my nation, everything because of my job. I guess it's fine I'll just watch it on the tv.

Pedri was still in Germany while I didn't have any reply from joão. He still haven't answered my comfort text. I thought he would do it, but well I guess he's feeling very sad.

Elena has also started working, but luckily she has her first photoshoot in Germany Berlin where the final will take place.

Lucky, she will be there at the euro final stands.

Pedri pov:

I was about to meet up with João.

He replied to my message very quickly actually. Maybe he missed me as I did him, I really want everything to be over and okay between us.

I was somehow trying to walk with my injury to the cafe we decided to meet at.

The Portugal squad has already fled away as joão told me. He stayed to meet up.

I sat down at a table and waited for João to come.

João pov:

I couldn't lie, I was stressed to meet up and talk with pedri for the first time after almost 1 whole month.

I found comfort in the text message he sent me.

I didn't read Amelia's, but I could think it was a comforting one too. I just felt like a big fool and was too embarrassed to talk to her right now.

Pedri for sure could imagine what I feel, so maybe this meet up would do me better?

I opened the door to the cafe we were supposed to meet up at and almost immediately I spotted him waving me over.

I walked up and sat down

"Hey" Pedri said

"Hey"

"How are you?" He asked

I scratched my neck "not that good, you?"

"could say something similar" he gave me a small smile

there was small silence before Pedri continued "hey bro, everything seems very tough for you right now. I wanna make it feel a little bit better at least"

"I forgive you" he added

"really?" I asked

"Yeah well, I have been thinking about everything my sister shouted at me" he was the one scratching his neck now
