The morning sunlight streamed through the windows as Khushi entered the kitchen, spotting Payal preparing breakfast.
“Good morning, Jiji!” Khushi greeted with a mischievous glint in her eye. “So, how was your night?”
Payal blushed. “It was... nice, Khushi.”
“Just nice?” Khushi teased. “Come on, spill the details! Did jijaji do something special?”
Payal chuckled. “It wasn’t what you think. We spent the night talking. It felt so good to finally communicate openly with each other.”
“Talking? About what?” Khushi asked, curiosity piqued.
“Everything,” Payal said, her voice soft. “We shared our feelings, our fears, and our hopes. It felt like we were connecting on a deeper level. We even talked about starting a family.”
Khushi’s eyes widened. “That’s wonderful, Jiji! So, what did you decide?”
“We’re planning to get a checkup done for my fertility. Just to be sure,” Payal said, looking both hopeful and nervous.
Khushi's initial reaction was to dismiss the need. “Jiji, you don’t need that. It will happen when it’s meant to happen.”
Payal nodded. “I know, Khushi. But this is something Akash and I decided together. It will give us peace of mind.”
Khushi sighed, realizing the importance of her sister’s decision. “If it makes you feel better, then go ahead. I’m here for you, Jiji.”
The sisters hugged each other tightly, finding solace in their bond.
“Everything will be alright. I know it,” Khushi whispered, her voice filled with conviction.

Later, the Raizada family gathered in the living room, enjoying a peaceful time together. The atmosphere was relaxed, with everyone chatting and laughing. Suddenly, Manorama, known for her flamboyant personality, made an announcement.
“Hello hi bye-bye! I have some exciting news!” Manorama exclaimed. “NK bitwa’s parents, my sister Supriya and her husband Rakesh, are coming this evening from Sydney! And the main reason is they think it's time to get NK bitwa married and settled down.”
The room buzzed with excitement.
“This is wonderful news, Manorama,” Nani said, her eyes twinkling with joy. “It’s time to start looking for a bride for NK.”
Khushi clapped her hands, her excitement palpable. “Oh, this is going to be so much fun! We have to find the perfect girl for Nanheji”
NK, standing shyly in a corner, turned red. “Khushiji, please. Don’t make such a big deal out of this.”
“NK bitwa, this is a big deal!” Mami chimed in. “We need to get you settled.”
“NK, just go with the flow,” Arnav added.
Khushi, ever the instigator of fun, couldn't resist teasing NK. “Nanheji are you nervous? Do you have anyone in mind?”
NK shook his head, trying to hide his embarrassment. “No, Khushiji. I’m leaving it up to all of you.”
The family laughed, enjoying NK's discomfort. Khushi’s excitement was contagious, and soon everyone was brainstorming ideas for finding the perfect match for NK.
“We should organize a few meet-and-greet events,” Anjali suggested, her eyes shining with excitement.
“That’s a great idea, Di,” Akash agreed. “We can invite some families over and see how things go.”
