[CHS] Not From Here

Steph?

Void's POV:

Out of nowhere I woke up in a black place. It was so dark that the only thing I could see was myself.

First of all where am I, and second what's this place? Last thing I remember is watching TV.

Wait, am I asleep? Oh no, this is bad. Blackholes can't fall asleep! Unless this isn't actually a dream, this is an illusion. Are you kidding me?

Let me explain, Illusions for blackholes are different from a creature. Us blackholes imagine stuff in our head happening which is a warning or something is telling us something. In this case right now in my real life body I'm sitting but not moving, meaning I'm not able to control my real body. The only way to get out of this place is by looking for the thing my brain needs to tell me about, or just kill myself. Which is impossible to do since if I die here, I die in real life. By the way, that's another way we can die. We might be immortal outside from here, but here we aren't. Our powers disappear as soon as we enter this area of our heads. Cool right?

Anyways, enough facts, I need to find the thing. Wait, is that a light over there? Something tells me to not go to the light, but who cares if I die? No one is absolutely.

While walking towards the light, it kinda made me remember things about the past.

As soon as I got to where the light was, it was a little sun. How strange, maybe I should touch it? I'm not gonna overthink it, I'm just gonna touch the sun.

As soon as I touched the sun, it submerged into the black ground. Now that everything went black again, I suppose I should go back to—

??: Welcome back, Void. Or I must say, Phoenix A?

I turned to the black figure who was all covered in black. The only bright things they had were a white smile and eyes.

Void: What? Who are you?

??: Don't you remember me?

Void: Of course not? I have a really bad memory.

??: Well I guess you are pathetic as always. Maybe you'll remember if I told you my name was Steph, or more known as Stephenson 2-18.

I looked at Steph for a second and realized it was my old friend who I abandoned for personal reasons. One of the reasons was that they started to become crazier the more I was with them. I didn't want to hurt them, so I decided to run away. And for some reason now, they started following everywhere, even after I tried multiple attempts. Last time I remember, they killed a planet for fun, while I killed a planet by accident.

Steph: Look at you, so innocent and weak. How long has it been since I last saw you? 100 years? 500 years? No, it was 1 million years! And now look at you, weak as always.

Void: What do you want Steph? I already told you I don't want anything to do with you.

Steph: Not much, I just want for you to join alliances with me. As soon as we do that, we can be the most powerful beings in the whole galaxy!

Void: As many times as you say that, my answer will always have to be no. I don't care about your stupid offers, I just want a normal life.

Steph: Well guess what? We'll never have a normal life, not even if you want it so badly, Void.

Void: I told you no.

Steph: So that's all you're gonna say? No? What about a whole stupid apology?

Void: For what!?

Steph: For abandoning me for all these years!

Void: You did that to yourself, Steph. I don't need to give you your stupid apology you don't deserve. After all, you were the one who killed a planet for fun, not me. Those things have life, like us. If we kill one of them, we kill its people. The cruelest thing is that that planet literally just accomplished life, and you took that away from him.

Steph: Maybe you would understand how I felt after you left me if you were mature enough. But I'll let you think about it. There's not much time though, I'm coming back for you.

Out of nowhere I wake up from my illusion. It was one of the most traumatizing experiences I had in my past 1 billion years. The bad thing is that the warning was that Steph is coming back to kill everyone, Again.

(Authors NOTE: This is not the beginning of a new Arc, it's just something that will come in a future episode. Maybe in a couple of months because Steph is very far away from where Void is. So it can take them months to go to Void's planet.)
