15. Goodbyes

A week after the battle with Voldemort, Aliyah and Rose weer estill in the hospital wing.
Maddam Pomfrey didnt allow any vizitors except Professor Snape, so the girls terribly missed their friends. All of their friends except Harry and Mattheo spent some time in the hospital wing, some more than others, but none of them were as injured as Aliyah and Rose.
Rose was full of healing cuts and purple bruises, from smashing into the mirror and Aliyah was dealing with one busted knee and one fractured one. Maddam Pomfrey had many elixirs and potions that sped up the healing process of the girls but they couldn't instantly fix their wounds.
Once the teo fully healed they were allowed to continue school as usual.

Rose and Aliyah left the hospital wing for the first time in a week hoping to see their friends waiting outside for them but there wasn't anyone.
They started heading towards their common room when someone hugged Rose from behind.
- R:" AGHH!"
- M:" OH ROSIE, I THOUGHT ID NEVER SEE YOU AGAIN!"
- R:" MATTYYY!!"
the two hugged for ehat sermed like hours.
- A:" Pans!"
- P:" Hey girl, how you feeling? Oh come here i've missed youu so much!!"
- A:" I missed you too!!"
All of their friends came front the places they hid in and they all hugged. The group was finally back to normal.
Draco stopped hanging out with Astoria so Aliyah started talking to him again, they weren't like before but it was a certain improvement.

A couple of days prior, when Aliyah and Rose were still in the hospital wing, Draco saw Harry, alone in the courtyard.
- D:" Thought I told you to take care of her"
- H:" The door was sealed shut, I couldn't!"
- D:" I'll let you off this time but if that ever happens again..."
Draco didn't know what was going ao with him. He didn't understand why he cared so much for Aliyah and why he was so furious when he found out she was hurt.
He just wanted to make her jealous but he ended up getting slapped and not spoken to. He missed the old them, the ones who used to talk on their way to class and sit together in charms, the ines who studied together and laugh at everything and everyone. He knew what he had to do. Break up with Astoria. Because of her he lost Aliyahs trust.

At the House Cup ceremony, on the last day of school. The main hall was decorated in red and gold decor and Gryffindoor banners were hanging from the ceiling. The group walked in and sat in their usual seats, just wanting this ceremony to end.
- Prof. D:" Hello students! We have gathered here today to hand out this years House Cup! Thus, I say we begin! In 4'th place... HUFFLEPUFF with 1098 points, 3'rd place... RAVENCLAW with 2675 points, 2'nd place... SLYTHERIN with 4000 points and 1'st place... GRYFFINDOOR with 4219 points!!
the whole of Gryffindoor house erupted in applause-
- Prof.D:" WAIT! In light of recent events, id like to give some last minute points! 50 points each to Lorenzo Berkshire and Theodore Nott fir playing the best game of wizards chess, 100 points to Pansy Parkinson for the brewing skills and logical thinking of dolving the potions riddle, 150 points each for Mattheo Riddle and Draco Malfoy for the great courage and strength and 200 points each for Aliyah Hazelwood and Rose Granger for the strength they had defeating professor Quirrel!! Now i belive its fair to say that SLYTHERIN WINS WITH 4700 POINTS!
The rooms decor changed as soon as the headmaster ended what he was saying. The house of Slytherin started applauding and cheering and everyone started picking up Enzo, Theo, Pansy, Draco, Mattheo, Rose and Aliyah.

After the ceremony it was time to head home for the summer. The friends sat together on the train home and at the train station they vowed they'd write to eachother, then they parted their ways...
