Meeting Emmy(part 2)

POV: TAYLOR

I woke up and I noticed Trav wasn't in the bed or in the room. I slowly moved away from Emmy who was still holding me trying not to wake her up.

I went to the kitchen trying to look for Travis but I didn't see him. I then went to the living room and I saw him outside in the patio. He looked like he was calling someone, so I waited for him to be done.

Once he was done he looked stressed or like he was thinking about something. " Good morning Tay" He sighed. " Morning, is everything ok?" I asked.

" yeah, we'll no, it's that I forgot I had a meeting today and my mom can't take care of Emmy she's busy. Emmy's babysitter is on a month break so I don't know what to do, and I also don't want to leave you alone." He told me.

" Trav it's fine I can watch Emmy for you, I really don't mind" He looked at me surprised.

" Really you'll do that" He asked. " Yeah of course, I mean if it's fine with Emmy and you" I gently give him a kiss.

" Of course it is, I love my two beautiful girls hanging around with each other." He pulled me by waist, moving me closer to him as he kiss me.

We stayed in that position until we heard some footsteps. I quickly pulled away and made my way to sit in the couch.

" Morning princess" Travis picked up Emmy. Emmy started to pout, trying to make her way down.

" What's wrong baby?" Trav asked her. " I want Tay- Tay" I couldn't help and smile at the nickname she gave me.

" I don't even get a good morning" Trav said while putting Emmy down. I chuckled, meanwhile Emmy made her way over to me.

"Good morning Emmy, how you sleep?" She climbed next to me and I hugged her.

" I slept good, me like sleeping with you, I comfortable" She hugged me back.

I glance over at Travis and I see him smiling ear to ear looking at us. " Emmy you're going to stay with Taylor meanwhile Daddy has a meeting to do. It shouldn't take that long." Trav came over to us and sat next to us.

" Otay Daddy, I be good" She said as Trav kissed her forehead. " Okay I'm going to go start getting ready". Trav headed over to his room.

" Emmy how about u come and help me make some breakfast with me?" I tell her and she nods. I picked her up and we went to the kitchen.

By the time we were done Trav was also done getting ready. I heard him come down stairs, I made him a plate before he left.

" What are my two favorite girls doing?" He came over to the counter and kiss Emmy on the forehead and me on the cheek.

" Daddy we cooked for you" Emmy said handing him his food.

We all sit down and start to eat. " Mmmmm" Trav says. " Y'all really know how to cook" He laughs.

We continue eating, Intill we were down I picked up all the plates  and put them in the sink.

" Alright baby Daddy has to go, you be good to Taylor ok" Trav kisses Emmy on her cheek.

The he comes over to me and kisses me on my lips. He starts kissing harder, but I pulled away since I knew Emmy would be watching us.

Trav looks at me and I mouth "later" he nods while smirking. " See you later baby, I will be back by 3 pm and if not I will let you know." He says and I nod.

" Love you both, see y'all later" He says.

" Love you to Daddy" Emmy said.

Trav then left and I turn over to Emmy. " Tay- Tay" She says. " Yes Emmy?" I asked her. " Are you ever going.... Oh never mind" I looked at her put her head down.

I crouch down to reach her height and grab her head for her to look up at me. " hey it's ok you can tell me, and if don't then that's fine, but I want you to feel comfortable telling me anything, okay" She nodded.

" Are u ever going to hit me?" I was shocked she asked that. Had Travis been hitting her? That's the first thing that came to my mind.

" No, I would never hit you, never, never, never, never. I promise you, why who's been hitting you?" I asked Emmy and she just stayed silent.

Emmy kept silent and I decided to ask her again. " Emmy has your dad been hitting you?" I asked her. " NO!! not daddy it's" She stopped again.

" Emmy you can tell me, look I pinky promise I won't tell anyone not even your dad." I held out my pinky. She held out her pinky too and we pinky promised.

" It was daddy's old gf, she used to tell me she hated me and how I would never be her kid. And every time my daddy will leave me with her she used to hit me, when I tried talking to her" I pulled her for a hug and kissed her head.

" oh Emmy, look at me, look I promise I would never hit you or tell you something like that. We may have just met but I love you already just like if you were my own kid. And I want you to feel comfortable around me. I promise I won't tell your dad about what you told me but you have to promise me that you will tell me stuff about when you're scared or whatever you feel ok" I tell her.

We just stood there hugging each other while I wiped her tears away. I carried her to the couch and rocked her in my arms.i put out a movie for us to watch and we cuddled together. I stroked her hair as she slowly fell asleep. Time passes by and my eyes start slowly started to close.

POV: TRAVIS

I finished my meeting I had and decided to get Taylor and Emmy something.

I stopped at a flower shop and got both of them flower bouquets. After I went to the flower shop I went to the store and got them each some snacks and got both of them a little cat plushie.

I drove home after I went to the flower shop and the store. I arrived and when I walk in, I noticed Taylor and Emmy cuddled up sleeping together in the couch.

I made my way to the kitchen to cook something for both of them when they woke up. I place the things I got for them on the counter so when they'll wake up they can see them.

I cooked some pasta and I some fried fish. Taylor then walked in the kitchen with Emmy in her hands and they smiled. " Good afternoon sleepy heads" I told them. " How was your meeting?" Tay asked me. " Fine " I replied Turing off the stove.

" Foods ready sit and I will serve you both. Oh and here these are for y'all" I handed them they're flowers and other stuff.

" Thanks daddy" Emmy said. " thank you Trav love you" Taylor gave me a quick kiss. " Your welcome both of you" I told them while grabbing plates.

" Daddy I want a pet cat" I looked over at Emmy and Taylor laughed. " Taylor what did you tell her?!" I looked over at her.

" Nothing just talked to her about the three famous cats" Taylor laughed.

" Daddy pleasee!! I will be good" Emmy begged me. " Well see" I told her.

I served us some food and we started eating. " So what did y'all do today?" I asked them. " nothing much we played a little and watched a movie" Taylor looked over at Emmy. " Yeah daddy" Emmy then laughed.

" What's so funny? Got something to tell me?" I asked confused. " Nope" Taylor said and shot a winked at Emmy who's laughing.

We continued our night with watching movies, playing around, talking about stuff and being happy.
