I just wanna know you better, know you better, know you better now...

─── ⋆⋅୨୧⋅⋆ ───

EVERYTHING WAS a mess. I haven't talked to anyone since the fair let alone went out of the house.

The rumors are getting worse and everyone is against me, even Jackie.

None of the Walter boy's have talked to me or went in the same room as me.

Isaac's words kept on repeating in my brain.

Did he really mean that?

Katherine and George were getting worried as usual, they talked to the principal and some of my teachers.

It was humiliating.

---

"Blair, can I come in?" Katherine's voice said softly from the other side of the door.

"Come in."

The door opened revealing Katherine with a tray of food. "I made you some breakfast since you probably wouldn't want to go down there."

"Thank you." I whispered but loud enough for her to hear.

"Of course. Just so you know, we talked to the principal and your teachers about what happened and their going to be talking to Sarah's parents." She placed the tray on my nightstand and sat down on the edge of my bed.

I nodded. "Thank you. For everything." I looked up to her as she smiled.

"Of course. As long as your living with us we'll always have your backs." She said in a low but comforting tone.

"Yeah, tell the boys that." My voice trailed and her smile faded.

"They'll come around. I promise." She stood up and put a hand on my shoulder.

"The future will be better, Blair. This is just gonna be some awful memory that you'll forget one day." She assured and sighed quietly. "I'll give you some space." She nodded at me and walked out of the room closing the door lightly.

I sighed and fell beck to my bed. I took a second before sitting up and eating the food on the tray.

The door opened causing me to look up.

It was Jackie.

She closed the door and walked to her side. She sat down facing me like she wanted to say something.

After a moment of silence I put my spoon and fork down looking at her.

"What?" I questioned her as she let out a breath.

"I know that those voice recordings are fakes." She spoke up looking at the ground.

"Yeah, I know. I've been telling everyone that." I rolled my eyes at her words.

"Look. I'm sorry for not believing you at first, okay. I just hope we can be on good terms again," she sighed looking at me. "I don't want to ruined our relationship over something stupid like when we were kids, alright."
