I walked into my classroom and settled into my seat. After a few minutes, Aayansh also arrived and took his seat. We acknowledged each other with a nod. The bell rang, and the teacher entered the class, instructing us to settle down.
"Good morning, students; I have an important notice for all of you. I will distribute a form in which you have to select an elective subject of your choice and submit it by tomorrow. You have an elective period now, so you all can go to any elective you like. All the information is in the form, and for any further inquiry, you can ask your respective subject teachers."Our class teacher informed us about this.
" Bhai mai toh Computer Science le raha hu tu kya le raha ha ," Aayansh asked
" Mai Psychology soch raha hu, change milega thoda Maths se '' I said
'' Okay, chalo acha hai, phir mai terse period ke baad milta hu," He took his bag and went towards the computer lab
I grabbed my bag and headed to class, only to realize it was Mihir's class. He had chosen Humanities as he aspired to pursue a career in law.
I went into the class and was looking for Mihir; then I found him talking to a girl as they were sitting near each other. When I looked at the girl, I realised that she was Adria.
"Hey , bro tu idhar kya kar raha hai ," Mihir asked
" Mai psychology lene ka socha Raha tha voh maths padh kar bore ho gaya hu toh change milega iske liye," I said
" Aacha hi , Nevan, meet her. She is Adria , yeh bhi new admission hai ." Mihir said with excitement
"I know her. We met yesterday only; she is Nia and Krisha 's friend," I told him
" Did Nia come today because I didn't see her during assembly?" Adria asked me
"No, she got her period today only, and she was not feeling well also, so she took a leave," I informed her
" Guys , kal chuti hai toh kuch plan banate hai na .'' Mihir said
"Kal kis khushi mai choti di hai school walo ne," I asked him
"Kal Gudi padwa hai iske liye chuti hai , Mam ne thodi der pehle hi inform kia." Adria said
" Movie dekhne chale koi , yah phir lunch karne bahut maza aye ga , tu Aayansh , Krisha ko bhi inform karte hai sath mai jayenge sabh." Mihir said
" Dekhna padega yaar , break mai discuss karte hai Aayansh aur Krisha ke sath ." I said
"Chalo thik hai abhi padhai kar lete hai ." Mihir said
I made eye contact with Adria, and we immediately laughed, seeing Mihir making weird faces.
