The Opal Of Misterdan

In the evening Phino woke up.

Still trying to take in the evening breeze coming through the window from Mirlinde’s room. He turned around inhaling the atmosphere of his surroundings.  By this time the sun had gone down and the orange pinkish view of the sunset had covered the sky showing off the beauty of the sky which was part of the sun god’s creative representation of his glory power and rule over Misterdan.

Phino, still in bed, looked over at Mirlinde’s bedside table and got off the bed to look at the  Sundials which showed what time it was. From looking at the Sundials Phino decipher that it was the 19th hour of the day.

Curious of where Mirlinde’s at and wanting to discuss some matters with her as he was bored. He went out of Mirlinde’s room looking all over the floor where her room is at. He went down a couple of stairs looking at each floor to see if Mirlinde’s was there. 

Ending at the ground floor, he got tired and decided to go back up stairs to wait for Mirlinde. As he was sluggishly climbing up the stairs he heard footsteps heading towards him but he ignored them as he was already exhausted from all the searching for Mirlinde.

As he was about to enter the room he heard Mirlinde’s voice approaching and he went to her in excitement forgetting he was already tired from searching for her.

When he got to her Mirlinde looked at him with a pleased smile and said” Hey you’re awake, how was your Nap time or should I say Cat nap”, she chuckled and Phino just nodded and smiled.

While Mirlinde was talking to Phino, one of the Seraglio’s helpers that was walking with her looked at her suspiciously, not knowing who she was talking to. She thought she had gone a little crazy. Moments ago she was discussing with the helper and now she was talking to Phino who the helper could not see.

Mirlinde then turned to the helper and said

” Before I forget let me introduce you”,  As she was about to introduce Phino to the helper, he drew the hemmings of her dress to get her attention and said

” Only you can see me she can’t”  

 “What!”, Mirlinde exclaimed thinking of how dumb she sounded talking to no one. 

She then quickly apologized to the helper saying that her mind was somewhere else. She continued giving the helper instructions, telling her to arrange a dinner party for the next evening as she had a big announcement. She instructed the helper to make imperial style decor and send invitations to everyone left in Misterdan to tell them about the dinner party.

She finished instructing the helper and went to her room to talk to Phino. When in the room she and Phino properly talked about his abilities and plans of what solutions they will outlay for Misterdan’s issues.

Morning came and preparations were being held for the upcoming event. In the evening everyone in Misterdan’s  headed to the central field for the event. Mostly everyone dressed in their beautiful cultural attires. It was only the Greenland clan and so it reigned green at the dinner party.

When everyone had settled down Mirlinde came out to the stage with Phino of course which no one could see beside Mirlinde. She told them she found a solution to their problems and she assured them that by morning most of their issues will be fixed. 

“Welcome to this wonderful event you all”

“I am so happy everyone decided to come, I know most of you are mad or disappointed in me and for that I apologize”

“The things happening lately are not my making but I have tried to find  possible solutions”

“I called you all here to inform you that Misterdan will become better and we will not physically need the Hunter clan”.

“The only thing I can’t unfortunately take away is the internal pain we all feel from the broken bond”

“More importantly, I just hope after this night we will be united and not give up on each other”

“Thank you” she said as she ended her speech.

Everybody cheered although some were still skeptical about how she would solve the problems they had. The rest of the party was amusing. With enough food and drinks, the music was at its peak and everyone enjoyed themselves.

When everyone had gone home, Mirlinde and Phino got to work during the night.
