It had been a few days since my mothers passing.

I usually spent my time with lady Diana, although we didnt talk or anything, just enjoyed each others company.

I havent seen dad in a long time aswell,
Guess he feels bad too.

"Excuse me Lady Diana, but would it be ok if we went to see daddy?"

Diana was clearly shocked at my request,
Yet slightly smiled and picked me up in her arms.

"Of course princess. Anything you want."

We started walking, it was quite quiet.

Once we reached the door Diana knocked, and we awaited permission to enter.

"Come in."
Was heard from inside.

Diana opened the door and i couldnt help but yell...

"Daddy!"

"Oh, didnt expect to see you two here."

"Sorry your majesty, the princess wanted to visit and i thought it wouldnt be any problem.
But if you are busy please excuse us."

"No, no. Im almost done either way.
Would you be ok with tea in the garden?"

"Yes! And desserts too!"
They both giggled at my excitement.

When we got out of the palace the servants already had everyting laid out for us.

I got down from Diana's arms and hurried to grab some cake

Dad approached me and wiped off a few crumbs off my cheek.
