I knew exactly what I needed.
The Frog Brothers.
The next morning I woke up with the sound of the waves and I instantly remembered my dream.
I was in danger.
I entered the same video store that I entered yesterday to check the time. It was 11 o'clock in the morning, the comic shop was already open so I entered and the Frog Brothers greeted me, "Hi, you're back" Edgar said, "Hey" Alan nodded. But they noticed my expression. "What's wrong?" they asked. "Edgar" I said "Alan" they both looked at me "I need your help".
"With what?" Edgar asked. I took a deep breath and said: "With this whole vampire thing"
"What?" Alan said "You want us to train you to kill bloodsuckers?" I nodded and they smiled.
"Ok" Edgar said "But with one condition" he said getting closer to me. "W-What?" I asked. "You have to help us in the shop" he said, "Yeah" Alan nodded, "You're going to work with us" They were asking me to work in the comic shop with them? With the Frog Brothers? WOW.
"Deal?" Edgar asked. He was looking me with his dark brown eyes. I took a deep breath, "Sure" I said, they grinned and nodded. "Perfect" Alan said, "We're going to start training you tomorrow" "Yayyy!" I screamed excitedly. And we all laughed.
"But first" Edgar said pointing at me "The comics are not going to organize themselves"
We spent the day organizing the comics in the shelves and attending costumers. At noon we took a break to eat and the we continued the job. We ended about at 5 pm and we spent the rest of the afternoon we sat in the counter and we talking about anything that came into our minds. And laughing a lot.
"Guys" I said finally, "It's getting late and I think I should go."
"Sure" Edgar said "Do you want us to walk you home?" "Yeah" Alan added.
I looked at them, I didn't want them to find out that I don't have a home and this super weird story about me being teletransported to a different dimension. "I don't think is a good idea..."
"Come on" Edgar said "What if a vampire shows up" "Yeah" Alan added " We are amazing vampire hunters" I did't knew how to say no without sounding suspicious.
"No, really is not necessary" I said walking towards the door.
"Ok" Edgar said "But don't be late tomorrow"
