Blood dreams

7th Chapter

We were in danger.
"David?!" Edgar said panicked.
"Run!" Alan yelled and we all run down the boardwalk, "Run! He's coming!" David grabbed me, pulled me up and went up into the air.
"Y/n!" Edgar shouted, "Noooo!" Alan cried from below.
But it was too late.
David had me pinned and we entered a cave. It was illuminated with the light of some torches.
He pulled me and he tied me to a pillar and put a bandage over my mouth.
"Well, well, well" He said sitting on a chair in front of me. "It looks like we finally met" "Let me go" I said, struggling with the rope to free myself.
"But you just came" he said in a friendly tone "It wouldn't be polite"
"What do you want of me?" I asked "You want to kill me?! Or you want me to be a damn bloodsucker like you?!"
"You're not very educated, are you?" David said  "But I don't want you" he said getting closer "You're just the bait" He said, letting out a manic laugh that made my hair stand on end. "I want the Frog Brothers" he said, "If you bring them to me I won't do you any harm"
"Never" I said with a trembling voice , "You'll have to kill me"
" No problem" he said, his fangs were inches from my neck.
And I could feel it.
It was the end.
"Don't dare to touch her you asshole!" A voice said "Yeah you're dead meat!" Another voice said.
"Edgar! Alan!" I cried. David turned around and said "It looks like my plan has worked"
"You wish you idiot!" I said untying myself and punching him in the face.
"Ouch" he complained. Edgar and Alan tried to stab him but they missed, David punched Edgar in the stomach and fell to the ground unconscious. "Edgar!" I said running towards him.
"Not to my brother, son of a bitch!" Alan yelled, and he took out his gun full of holy water and shot him in the face.
David writhed in pain.
"Not today" he said "But I will take revenge". 

We took Edgar in our arms and we run to their house.
"Alan" I said as we laid him on his bed, "You think he'll be alright?" I asked.
"Yeah" he said giving me a hug, "Don't be worried, he is going to be alright"
"Thanks" I said "I really needed that hug" he smiled and said "Stay here with him, I'm going to the comic shop to see If there's something that can help us"

I sat on the bed next to Edgar, and started to play with his hair. I was so scared too lose him.
The way they both risked their lives for saving mine.
And then I realized: I was in love with Edgar Frog.
